Once in a lifetime safari experience! - Overall, a fantastic experience, all of us were very pleased. Our guide, Josef, was an expert with decades of experience in safari and had a keen eye for spotting animals and recognizing the species far before we could. We got to see all big 5 animals in our 4 days safari (Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro) We also got close ups of leopards, lions and cheetahs. There were tons of different antelopes, ostriches, elephants, giraffes and various birds and monkeys. It was nice that there were charging ports in the car and the seats were extremely comfortable. Lawrence was very accommodating to our requests, including our last minute request for additional rooms. Our safari vehicle did have a mechanical issue on the final day, but Josef was on it immediately and ensured that our experience was not curtailed due to it. Lawrence, got an extra vehicle for us to ensure we made it to our flight on time.

Great tour with the best guide! - We did a 3 day/4 day tour with Expect in Africa Safari ((August 2021) for our honeymoon. We were a bit apprehensive about paying for everything upfront, but it turns out the company is run by the most incredible people. They were incredibly nice throughout and made sure we were comfortable from the first minute to the end of the tour. Our guide was Joseph, a remarkable gentleman whose knowledge of animals and the countryside was amazing. He had an answer to 99% of our questions and we are very curious people! He was with us every step of the way while still respecting the space honeymooners need. He is honest, reliable and reassuring. His driving skills were impressive (1100km driven in 4 days) and he has great eyesight, an extremely important asset when trying to spot animals. We could not have found a better person to make our trip extra special. We are very grateful and extremely grateful that we chose Lawrence and Exepct in Africa. All around 5 stars! ! !

Unforgettable Safari Experience. - This experience was truly amazing, incredible and seamless. I found Expect in Africa through a safari booking website and got in touch for a quote. I outlined my travel dates and plans and in no time, they prepared a very comprehensive itinerary with all the details for before, during and after my safari. They arranged my airport pickup, hotel in Arusha for the nights before and after my safari and even my airport drop-off to jet out to Zanzibar after the safari was concluded. Lawrence and Raymond are polite, courteous and always punctual. Raymond truly made me feel taken care of during my safari. His knowledge and expertise of the wildlife, birds and landscape is truly marvelous. He made my safari so unforgettable. The accommodations they selected during the safari was so special. Sleeping in a migration camp in the Serengeti? Not many can say they’ve done that but I can. The tent was so comfortable with all the amenities, it felt like “glamping” but still rustic enough. The animal sounds at night were the icing on the cake to remind you that you’re truly in the wilderness. I would highly recommend Expect in Africa. They cover all the bases to make your safari experience unforgettable.
