Fun and memorable trip - Had a wonderful time with our guide, Loojc, and fellow tourists from the group! Loojc took really great care of our big group, making sure we got our tickets, knew of the meetup time and locations, feeding us, being our photographer, translating in both English and Vietnamese, and cracking jokes along the way. Would highly recommend this memorable trip again! :)

3 Island Tour is a MUST DO! - Absolutely a great value! We were able to have beach time, pool time, there were plenty of activities available such as parasailing, banana boat rides, jet skiing etc, and the mud bath experience was part of the cost of the excursion as well as the food. The sights were amazing and the food was plentiful and delicious. Our guides were the best!!!! They were timely, informative, caring and took some awesome photos for us. They made each transition from one stop to the next very easy and stress free. Special shout out to our tour guide Loc who easy to work with and had an awesome personality. If you’re on the adventurous side, I would recommend the walk/dive on the coral reef. I have bad knees and getting down and back up was very doable and the sights were out of this world. The colors were vibrant and to our surprise we were actually able to gently touch the coral reef.

3 Island Fun - Our group really enjoying seeing the different things on each island. We really enjoyed swimming on the first stop. It was very very crowded though. The lunch stop was very interesting to see the fish crab and other animals in the floating nets. Finally the mud bath was fun also. And the resort spot was nice.

3 Islands with Loojc - Great day, our guide was Loojc and he was fantastic, very organised and made the day run smoothly without stress. The islands were a bit crowded and very busy. You need to take cash for some activities on the first island and the bond for your locker and towel for the Mud Baths and Mineral pool. 500k VND for the bond but you get this back when you return the towels etc. although very busy it was a very good day and the mud bath and mineral pools were so relaxing and worth lining up for.

Very disappointing - We were very excited, when we got to the island, so crowded you couldn’t move, still wondering where the beautiful beaches advertised were 😳 the guide was very nice, but told us we would be there for 2 hours, ended up 3 because of problems. We had commitment elsewhere, which we would have missed. So half of the passengers joined us in a mass exodus on a gorgeous old wooden boot back to the mainland, by then we have given up on the other island. 🏝️ ummmm what did we miss

Not recommended! - Not the best of trips. Island 1, an overcrowded touristtrap that lookes more like a landfill of garbage both on land and in the ocean. Secondly, why on earth do you allow people to touch the corrals well knowing its not ok to do so? 1/5 stars. Island 2: the fishervillage, food is good and it was a nice experience. 3/5 stars Island 3: The mudbath was nice, the rest was ok. Place is overcrowded and the logistical solutions could defenetly be better. 2/3 stars. To be fair I do not recommend this trip. The companies should use some profit to clean up plastic garbage!

Toristtrap - First of all, our guide did a good job with what he so this does not concern him. Island 1, and absolute tourist trap. Unless you want to go snorkeling with the corals, or do any watersports this stop will not give you anything. The swinming area is overcrowded and both the water snd surroundibg area is full of garbage (plastic)! 1/5 «Island 2», lunshstop, good food og good selection. But again overcrowded. 3/5 Island 3, mudbath and swimmingpool. The mudbath was a nice experience. But again the place where overcrowded. 3/5 During the day you will spend a long time waiting for your boat, the logistical solutions could defenetly be better!

Don´t waste your time and money - The first island is a waste of time and money. It is so small with thousands of tourists. The main reason they take you there is to try to sell you an experience under the water to see corals. It seems to be very irresponsible because one of their first arguments to convince you is that you will be able to touch the coral, which, of course, we shouldn't do. The second stop is to have lunch in a floating restaurant. I have to say that I am not a fan of seafood, but at my table, I was with more Vietnamese people, and they agreed that the food was below average. Finally, the third stop is at a big resort where you can take a mud bath and swim at a beautiful beach, as well as practice water sports. Even though there were a lot of tourists, this one didn’t feel that crowded and was very nice. The only reason I give 2 stars is because of this last stop. The tour was not well organized; you will lose a lot of time waiting for boats and to be seated. I definitely don’t recommend it.

RUDE COMPANY, WASTE OF TIME / MONEY. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU DONT SPEAK VIETNAMESE - Going on this tour was a complete waste of my time and money, and ruined my experience of Nha Trang. The tour claims to be offered in multiple languages (English included) but is not. I joined as an English speaker, and was not spoken to throughout the tour, so had no idea what was going on. When complaining about this to the tour operator, I was told that an English speaking guide wasn’t chosen as no one else joining the tour that day was English? I left the tour early as I realised it wasn’t for me, and I had no idea what was going on throughout the day. I was told by the tour operator that they absolutely would not refund me any money (despite having only joined the tour for about 30 minutes and being missold an English speaking tour). After a whole days worth of correspondence, they finally agreed to refund under a quarter of the original price, which was not good enough in my opinion but I accepted out of exasperation. The tour operator I liaised with regarding the refund was extremely rude. The amount of time and effort this took out of my limited time in Nha Trang, and the rudeness I received from the company, really ruined my experience of the city.

Avoid - Local guide constantly pushed additional activities on us. One of which was the helmet diving experience, which he insisted was safe for young children despite my reservations. I later discovered that my child fell well below the legal age restrictions for this activity. We were also wholly dependant on him for pricing of these extra activities plus food at the floating restaurant and in hindsight the prices we were charged were clearly inflated. There was also continued mentions about expectations to tip him at the end of the trip and how little he was being paid for his time. All in all it was clear our guide had financial incentive in encouraging us to take on additional activities and this experience felt more like a scam than a personalised guided tour. I initially didn't want to write this review however felt something should be said given the disregard for the safety of my child shown over the helmet diving. Things could have gone very badly.
