Had a lovely time - It was fun and invigorating. Well managed despite the number of guests at the resort. Water park was fun too. Very well behaved and helpful attendants.

Enjoyable afternoon at good value for money - Nice way to spend a day, you can pre-book or on the day of our visit there were loads of people who had just turned up to pay on the day. The pricelist for the varying packages are clearly listed onsite, probably clearer than most sites.
We took a Grab, which cost very little, and had him collect us 3 hours later.
Warm mud baths for 20 minutes, enjoyable and long enough for me, after which there are numerous pools and waterfalls, slides, etc.
Most pools have a jet system to massage your aching parts. Also, one cold pool, which was funny as we being for a colder climate, welcomed it and had great entertainment watching people jump in and straight back out.
Good value for money and an enjoyable afternoon wandering from pool to pool.

Worth every penny - We did the private spa experience and it was so worth the money. It was incredible from start to finish. The food was delicious and the bungalow was so peaceful and relaxing. One of the most memorable parts of our trip! Thank you for the experience .

Beautiful unmissable experience - It is a duperbe experience and a relaxing break for morale and the body. Everything is well organized and there was no one for each step to guide you
The setting is very nice. To eat it is very limited - in our package there was a meal but limited choice and drink extra. Provide your toiletries to wash in the showers

Relaxing and fun…felt refreshed and chilled afterwards. - Did not really know what to expect but thoroughly enjoyed our mud bath and mineral spa experience.
Be prepared to get soft silky muddy mineral water everywhere. Don’t wear white swimmers! Skin felt super soft afterwards and we really enjoyed the different spa pools.

Great value for money - This was a good half day trip to I-resort. The mud bath experience was for 20mins sitting in watery style of mud. Ours was very warm mud so really lovely and relaxing, though some reviews seem to have had cold mud!
The rest of the time was spent in the various pools at the I-resort and having a very nice lunch there.
We did, however, find the water temperature in the hot springs pools far too high for us! The waterfall pools were just right and a great way to relax

A great place to get away for the day! - Overall great facilities. On arrival there is some confusion as to where to go, how to get ready—staff need better training in communication. But the overall experience is very good.

Take extra time when booking - The instructions about which package to book are unclear I thought I had booked the mud baths and the mineral baths but I realised too late that I had only booked the mud baths.

Book at the property directly! - The spa itself was great, but booking through Viator was 25% more than just going to the property. Very disappointed in the online offering and felt very ripped off

Hortible! Compensation and refund sought - Horrible experience! They cheated me outright! The mud bath was not
provided at all despite my booking and on top, refused to contact the front desk and made me walk to the front desk while soaking wet in my swimsuit. Highly irresponsible!
