Relaxing and fun…felt refreshed and chilled afterwards. - Did not really know what to expect but thoroughly enjoyed our mud bath and mineral spa experience.
Be prepared to get soft silky muddy mineral water everywhere. Don’t wear white swimmers! Skin felt super soft afterwards and we really enjoyed the different spa pools.

Great value for money - This was a good half day trip to I-resort. The mud bath experience was for 20mins sitting in watery style of mud. Ours was very warm mud so really lovely and relaxing, though some reviews seem to have had cold mud!
The rest of the time was spent in the various pools at the I-resort and having a very nice lunch there.
We did, however, find the water temperature in the hot springs pools far too high for us! The waterfall pools were just right and a great way to relax

Mud hut experience is worth the extra money - We booked the mud hut experience, not really knowing what to expect. You get a full body massage with chocolate, foot massage, then 2 baths in your own private hut, mud and herbal. Mud was a bit watery, cold, and probably the most disappointing, but the herbal bath is lovely. Oily, hot and smells like chai.
You then get lunch included, and can use the water park for the rest of the day. The VIP area is lovely, can leave your stuff in the lockers, and get ginger tea and water when you like.
Only bad comment is it feels scheduled and rushed, staff are literally using walkie talkie to get the next bit ready for you, and you never know where to go, or what you're doing as staff don't explain much. Slow it down for people a bit.

Very pleasant thermal water park - The I-spring is actually a great thermal water par. For the small sum of VND 350000 you benefit from a mud bath, in fact clay water. Then there is free access to the entire park which includes many swimming pools at different temperatures, waterfalls, slides and other games. The atmosphere is family, we spent all day there. The staff is very friendly.

Great experience - The mud bath was what was mainly advertised to us and was a great and cool experience. However, what I was pleasantly surprised about and was not clear from the reviews was the range and extent of the facilities. Perhaps I overlooked the fact it was a ‘resort’ but there were over 20 different pools and water features including a WATER PARK as well as hundreds of sun loungers, a restaurant and drinks bar to name a few of the features. There was a multitude of staff who were attentive and helpful. This meant it was certainly worth what we spent on it and we ended up spending the full day there. Would definitely recommend if you are in need of rest and relaxation, particularly as it is only a 10/15 minute drive out of town.

Relaxing surrounded by nature. - The mud bath was phenomenal. It wasn’t a thick mud, but watery. The birds chirping as you relaxed were amazing. Afterwards, we each went for a coffee scrub. Then to a foot massage, wonderful lunch, and sauna. We came out relaxed and refreshed. Beautiful resort.

Nice But Crowded - Nice place, but very crowded. We went on a sunday, hopefully it’s less people during the weekdays. One drawback that they allow kids in pool ment for adults only.

Hortible! Compensation and refund sought - Horrible experience! They cheated me outright! The mud bath was not
provided at all despite my booking and on top, refused to contact the front desk and made me walk to the front desk while soaking wet in my swimsuit. Highly irresponsible!
