Book it!! - What a great day, so worth the extra money for a more intimate experience. Service was spectacular, we had no idea what to expect and were guided by staff at every turn. It was very relaxing, we did spend an hour in the public pool area which was nice. They have amazing pools for children, definitely take your kids for the day! No kids, pay the extra for the intimate experience, you won't regret it! Lunch was also fabulous, no downsides here! No pictures, I didn't want to distract from the experience, no regrets!

Good - There are both hot and cold water areas, we had an enjoyable time, the massage staff was professional and fun, the meals were delicious and satisfying.

Couple retreat 5* - the resort was beautifully decorated with trees, flowers, and greenery. It featured mud baths, herbal baths, hot spring showers, and a water park area. We had arranged shuttle services to ensure convenience for transportation to I Resort.

Mud House 5* - The area at I-Resort is larger and has more ponds compared to Thap Ba. The entrance road is wide and spacious, with a large parking lot. There are both hot and cold water options, so after the mud bath, when going for another dip, you'll encounter cold water; don't worry about it. There are staff members positioned at intersections to provide directions, making visitors feel reassured.

Very good experience - Very good experience and we had a wonderful time at the I Resort. Too bad the mud bath only lasts 30 minutes so nice. I recommend taking the private space because we had our own mud bath and it saved us from having the crowds. However, you should plan to spend at least 3 to 4 hours to enjoy the full mud bath experience and then to the thermal pools at I Resort. The park is spacious and comfortable, the staff is friendly and the tickets are easy to use. However, don’t forget to wear tongues to move around the area.

TERRIBLE!!! - HORRIBLE!! 😞 my experience was just horrible!!! The first time I arrived in the afternoon and I was welcomed... about 300 Chinese, for whom the mentality of normas harking/farting/burping/smoking and on top of taking videos/photos of strangers almost poking your phone in the face and emoting demonically🌚 but the very idea of a hot mud bath came to me, and on the recommendation of the recipe went for the second time from early morning to a veep package, as the reception specified that veep is when you are in your company and no one else. In fact, it turned out that the Chinese were not 300, but just a person 40🌚🌚🌚🌚 and in the public area at least the changing rooms do not imply intrusion of the opposite sex when you change and stand naked w relaxed🌚🌚🌚 which is not the case with the "veep zone". I found this veep a totally useless event with an inflated price💔😭 but okay, tell me, things happen, except from the early morning in the veep zone on the schedule the first was chocolate massage, sounds like fucking thought I would if it weren't for the wonderful trills BULGARIA AND DRILLS. The guys were changing the roof. Oh, wow. And the look on the face of the girl who did that chocolate miracle of an eye-roll meme. I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Then there were baths on the schedule and in the vip zone the material of the bath is made of I don't know what material, but in fact you're sitting in hot water and it's just freezing from that bath. Girls I think I'll understand what it entails😞 and boys it's not very helpful. Although the public area has great baths, it's because of this pleasant experience that I decided to repeat it only in the veep area in the hope of privacy. Krch I was already freaking out at this point and ready to leave, but I was stopped by the manager who assured me it was a misunderstanding. OK. I ended up not liking the spa and the feeling that time and money are flushed💔💔💔💔💔💔💒� but the thermal spring with hot water I really liked, the beautiful waterfall and the really hot water in the big pool. That's a plus. After a hard workout, it's about relaxing. BUT🤤 then I went out and they wanted to call a cab first and rubbed it in really hard, even though I just wanted to walk around the grounds. Barely fending off the annoying staff, I went to the recipe to see what options were available for a super private experience so that there would be no outsiders. Turns out there's a $5 million option and I was about to fit in again when I saw one of the women's receptionists sneaking a picture of me... fuck? It just freezes me out, I came to the Veep on purpose to avoid feeling like I'm some animal in a zoo, and this receptionist picked it out. Overall, the aftertaste after both experiments is disgusting. Minus minus vibe and a disgusting mood. Came on vacation, caught more nerve than before🥹 personally I don't recommend... but where am I, with the crowds of Chinese tourists, but at least spoke up. Thanks for your attention 💋
