• Nha Trang Center - Our first stop will be near Cham Po Nagar Temple, where we’ll savor glutinous rice cakes topped with various meats and fresh green seasonings. We’ll also have a brief “wrap-and-roll class.”

2nd stop: grilled meat roll - a burst of flavors with pork, assorted vegetables, herbs, and fruits, accompanied by a dipping sauce.

3rd stop: steamed rice roll - witness the traditional preparation of this dish.

4th stop: Dry “pho” - a unique take on the famous “pho.” This dry beef noodle dish originates from the Central Highlands and has spread across the Central Coast. You can customize the flavor with guidance from the tour guide.

Final stop: dessert. We’ll enjoy yogurt, enhanced with a local ingredient unique to the Central Coast.
