Magnificent Niagara Falls - If you’ve never experienced the falls, this guided tour is the way to go. Bring extra shoes and a clear waterproof phone case for taking pics at the falls. Our guide, Steve, was Excellent!!! He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He also took pics for people, ensuring that they captured those memories.

Loved it!!! - Amazing experience. What a thrill to be so close to the Falls. The best thing we did at Niagra Falls. I would highly recommend this for any one visiting the Falls.

A great way to spend the day. - This experience was truly awesome. Our Tour Guide Steve was amazing! I have taken the Maid of the Mist before but without the Tour you just don’t get all the awesome information and hidden gems of Niagara state park. The walk takes you through a scenic route and the Cave of the winds is a BEAUTIFUL up close and personal way to view the falls. On the Maid of the mist the Poncho they provide will keep you dry but if you want the absolute full experience at the cave of the winds you should wear some type of water shoes and clothes you wouldn’t mind getting wet in.

Everything about the experience was awesome except the fact that the meet place was incorrect. Dave our guide was great! - 4 out of 5. The Only reason it wasn’t a 5/5 is because of the meeting point being wrong! And they had no kiosk, had to ask around to find the correct spot!

Amazing - Maid of the Mist is an amazing experience. Cave of Winds is also great. Out tour guides Gino & wife were very knowledgeable about the history. Enjoyed greatly.

Good - The tour is good and worth taking. One feedback that I would like to share is that it should accommodate visitors who arrive bit late as it’s difficult to find parking spot even if you reach destination ahead to time. I called them and guy on the phone was rude and did not understand my concern as I told I am facing issue in finding parking spot, I believe the tour guide was not that person in the phone. Tour guide was so nice a and accommodating he share the location and asked to come at that spot

The Niagara Experience - The your guide was incredible good but the logistic was a disaster When you buy a toor you expect preferential treatment at the lines and it was not the case The time wasted messed up our itinerary

Terrible communication - We showed up for the tour and no one showed up. There was us along with other families that book through Viator that Had no idea the tour had been canceled.

Do not use viator - Called me 2.5hours before my reservation to tell me it’s canceled. Can not make this up, horrible! Do not use, you will be disappointed
