Excellent and Wonderful - Angela gives personal attention to each member of the group. She gave us a fireworks viewing on her phone when the real fireworks were canceled for safety reasons. You won't be disappointed with her as your guide.

Guides great. Walking tour not a boat - Both of our tour guides were interactivity with everyone and entertaining. The tour purchased was supposed to be a boat ride during the fireworks. And all other participants thought they were getting a boat tour also. So this is a WALKING tour not boat!

Bad customer service! - We were totally ignored! No one came to pick us up! Could not reach anyone to help us! Finally someone answered the phone and said they couldn’t send anyone. But could not guarantee my money back! Do not pick this activity! Move on!

Disappointment to say the least - Never ended up making it, directions given were terrible. Spent 40 minutes trying to find meet up spot.

Not worth it; fireworks are 5 mins and FREE - There were no memorable events. We waited for over half an hour before calling Viator, who we bought tickets through, who told us the event was cancelled. All day we received alerts that the tour was on schedule and without any notice we waited in the rain and ended up not being able to do the tour. Very bad experience

I am still waiting for my... - I am still waiting for my refund becuse they canceled the tour. I plan this with my family and got disappointed at last minute notice.

No show up - They did not show up for tour and when we emailed they told that there is no tour on their side. I would not recommend this tour waste of money.

Refund offered but no follow-through - We were scheduled in the end of May to go with family. Bad weather caused 50/50 chance the fireworks would happen. Tour guide offered a refund or a reschedule/different tour, we chose a refund. It is a month later and still no refund. I kept getting excuses as to why I haven’t received a refund, and now no responses. Filing a dispute for the charge with my bank. Very disappointed.

False Advertisement - False advertisement their are no fireworks until the end of May & its on the American side of the falls. No refund was granted due to misleading information.

Communication Mistake - The tour got canceled but nobody reached out to us to let us know beforehand. We still went to the falls, which were super cool to see at night but it would’ve been nice to know so we weren’t confused or lost for a solid half hour. Ugh.
