A MUST DO, especially if you have limited time to see the falls! George did not disappoint!! - Never been to Niagra Falls, George was an amazing guide. He was prompt, funny, and patient! He let us stop to take photos, which was really nice. Most importantly, he gave us the short-handed version of Niagra (we had limited time) and got us tickets to one of the best attractions there. He was also nice enough to get us trolley passes. We got a quick yet thorough history of the falls, and he dropped us off at Cave of the Winds. It was awesome!!!!! And we had plenty of time afterward to walk around, take pics, and explore the recommendations George made. Highly recommend.

Cave of the Winds tour - awesome tour experience - no waiting - I went with my sister, and the scenery was beautiful. Our tour guide was very informative and friendly. He shared the history of Niagara Falls, and there was a short video on the history. In addition, we didn’t have to wait in the line. I highly recommend it. Otherwise, you will find yourself waiting in a 3 hour line just to see the waterfall and it will not include any background information nor short history lesson on it.

Not worth it - Do not waste your time or money If youre looking to do cave of the winds just do it without this tour We purchased it to skip the lines and save time however the tour took up an hour of our time then we were given tickets for almost an hour later and told to go there ourselves when we got there we could’ve just bought tickets for an hour later So we really didn’t skip any lines or save any time

Cave of winds- not at the scheduled time - Please do not book this trip. I booked the 10:00 am slot and the tour guide came had the tickets and our ticket was reserved for 11:36 am. I had to cancel other spots. it’s not skip the line , you have to wait in the line. They are false advising and did not offer refund and the tour guide shouted and he mentioned the money will not be refunded. Worst tour Do not recommend this

Got no tickets. Please refund if possible. - There were nobody to handover the tickets. Wax museum guys said this is happening many times a day and they don’t have the contact or tickets. When called the number provided in the ticket the person said tour guy left five minutes ago and they cannot help. Requested to call the tour guy as it’s only five minutes but no use.

Overpriced and under informed - We were led to believe that we could only go on Saturday, which we didn’t want to do so we could avoid weekend crowds. Our contact person just handed us our tickets, asked if we had any questions, and didn’t tell us about being a part of a tour or anything if we were supposed to be. We paid more than double the price for what the tickets go for at the gate and didn’t see any benefit.
