Cave of Winds - Brian was great! Kept everyone together and informed those who strayed exactly where the group was headed and to the minute so we could catch up with the group.

Wet and fun - This is a really fun trip. Be prepared to walk and go up and down steep stairs. Cheri our guide was very knowledgeable and fun. You will get wet to fully experience the tour but you can’t get any closer to the falls! A definite to do list if you are at Niagara!

Dave was understanding & knowledgeable - Our tour guide was Dave. He was very accommodating to our group & listened to our needs ! Also was very knowledgeable on Niagara Falls history. My 14 year old granddaughter enjoyed listening to him tell the stories of the history. He also recommended we should take a drive before we left the area to Whirlpool Park minutes away from the falls. The next morning we got up early and drove over. So worth the drive to see some real beautiful sites. Thank you Dave. We both enjoyed your tour.

Great activity for Nana on a scooter and an Autistic child - We had an amazing experience at the Cave of the Winds on our first day! As a family of five with two kids (ages 11 and 6), we were unsure how our 6-year-old, who is autistic, would handle the walking through the water on the wooden stairs. To our delight, he cocooned inside his poncho and bravely did it! Our eldest absolutely loved the water crashing down on her in the summer heat, finding it a refreshing treat. Nana, who was on a scooter, enjoyed the view from a dry platform, which was very accommodating. After our adventure, we stopped by the cafe for refreshments. Unfortunately, the cafe had no air conditioning, and the staff was unfriendly. One lady even rudely told Nana to leave and stop refilling her drink. Despite the cafe experience, the Cave of the Winds was a fantastic activity, and we highly recommend it for families!

10/10 would reccommend! - Our tour guide Jacob was extremely knowledgable and very entertaining throughout the whole tour! He was very helpful when we were running late he called me to help find my way and he even had extra sunscreen and coins for tossing. We had so much fun💖

Cheaper to get tickets at cave of the winds ticket stand - The hurricane deck was AMAZING! However, I did not know that it would be a guided tour. The docent was funny and knowledgeable. I will tell friends and family to go directly to the ticket box, and save $26 per person.

Just Buy the Ticket at the gate - Cave of the Winds is a must see when visiting Niagara Falls for experiencing the Falls close up,but I have to agree with other reviews, there is not the value in getting a guide. While Jacob did a fine job, was knowledgeable and friendly, I don’t think our experience was enhanced enough to pay extra. It was nice having a personal photographer who knew where to go for the “money shot”. If you view the short film and read the tiles in the welcome area, you get the same information. The park wasn’t crowded so the “skip the line” feature wasn’t necessary but you never know. We were also surprised to find out that the 1:00 tour, described as 1-1 1/2 hours was going to be almost 3 hours! We had to cut the “tour” short as we had another tour to get to by 4. Just buy the ticket and enjoy. It was expensive enough.

We appreciate the history he gave us about the region, he was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of stories about Niagara falls and the different places we visited. I would recommend this experience to anyone traveling to Niagara Falls. Thank you David.

I loved seeing the birds - I really enjoyed this tour and I want to come back again. The platforms were currently being built. I got here a little early in the season, but I had a great time

Interesting and wet - Cheri was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable and interesting and nice. Tour took about 2 hrs including cave of the winds visit. I was surprised because I thought it was a 1 hour tour but that was okay. I felt the tour pace was a bit slow or drawn out and could have moved a bit more quickly. For cave of the winds, you will get soaked if you go on all the decks, the yellow poncho seemed very ineffective. Bring a change of clothes that you can keep dry. But it was very cool to do!
