Hard Rock Cafe - Back in 1971, Americans Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton opened the first Hard Rock Cafe in London. Their landlord didn’t think they could pull it off, so he granted them a three-month lease.

How wrong that landlord was. Today, the franchise - which includes cafes, casinos and hotels - can be found in more than 63 countries. The franchise owns the world’s greatest collection of music memorabilia, and you can see it on display at its locations around the globe.

Super speedy lunch as requested - Popped in before a tour and asked if we could eat really quick. Greeted by Elle who sat us and recommended the appetisers or burgers for speed. She ended up fully serving us - getting our order in quick and asking kitchen to fast track. Burgers all great - especially my plant based - nice and hot! Elle then had boxes ready just incase we had to pack up quick and take away. She was also super speedy sorting out the bill quick. Great visit

A Must do - Great service and great food. The baby ribs were huge but amazing. Two of us could not finish it. Had to take a doggie bag home. The music being played was brilliant.

The kids ate!! - We actually ate here back to back days when visiting the falls because it was a nice sit down restaurant with food the kids would eat! Our food was great. The staff was friendly. The kids loved the free mini soccer balls!

Good food and service. - We went for a family dinner on the road. Had to wait for a table for about 30 minutes which wasn't overly bad. It was the usual Hard Rock offering but the atmosphere is a little muted compared to others. Food was fine. We took the classic burgers of varying toppings etc all grand. Good friendly service from Chelsea.

Close to the falls! - We ate here because it was across the street from Niagara Falls state park. The food was just ok. The chicken tenders weren’t that great. I’m sure everything else was good. Our waitress was extremely friendly and brought out a cake for my mother’s birthday. Would recommend to anyone looking for food close to the falls

Disappointed - Welcoming staff, very scruffy attire. Very cold environment in the restaurant with air conditioning that wasn’t adjustable. Chip soggy and cold, chicken burger left in kitchen to be cold. Sorry did not live up to the reputation of the chain.

Good food, good service, mouthwatering price - Good food, good service. Just a shame it feels so overpriced. Been to a few and the food is consistent, just can’t help feeling that in a country of so many good burgers for less money, that this was a little steep

Bland food, poor service - Very poor service. Food was bland. My brother in law didn't receive his burger until the rest of the table was 3/4 done. Also, when asked if he was going to get his food, the waiter replied that he didn't know. Would not recommend.

Viator was great addressing complaint. Hard Rock Cafe deplorable - We expected live music from chat agent. I had several questions which he to check with someone else to get an answer. Was told we would have preferred immediate seating. Cafe did accommodate us, but were ignorant of this. Confusion regarding electric menu and acoustic menu. a manager who was filling in for a few days thought. Music was anything but Hard Rock. more like hip hop and just caned music. Room we were put in had no music. We had to ask to be moved. However, just now received CREDIT in full amount reimbursing us from Viator, no questions asked. We simply asked for refund. Very impressed ! Food quite good, but overpriced for a burger, Frys. and cheesecake at $190.00

Bad experience. - The took our rest for a large group. The best thing about this place is there was a band playing that eased the boredom of not being served for over an our. 50 minutes to get a drink? Took our food order after that. Another 50 minutes. Food was okay. Not stellar that's for sure. The waitress was super nice but the manager was clueless. Took another 40 minutes for them to sort out the bills. Worst Hard Rock Cafe I have ever been to. Do not go!
