- Wheelchair accessible; please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required
- The areas where guests visit are all wheelchair accessible. Please note though, that guests will be outdoors and can come across some areas that could be under construction in the park areas. (There will always be an alternate route provided for guests if this ever occurs.)
- For Canada Pick ups (if available): A valid Passport or Visa is Required to cross the US/Canadian border. Passengers will not be allowed to travel without proof of identification.

Amazing tour guide! - Our tour guide Shelly was amazing. We went to many places and she was knowledgeable about everything. We had a blast and didn’t want the day to end. We are so happy she was our guide.

Great tour and great guide. - It was an amazing trip and our tour guide Shelly who was born and raised in Niagara Falls, gave us not just a historical but a personal look into the region she is so proud of. I highly recommend anyone to ask for Shelly. Look for the black trolley.

This tour hits all the highlights! - This is the tour you want to take. It hits all the highlights. We were gonna do it ourselves but decided to let them take care of the logistics so we could just enjoy the day at the falls. We hit all the spots and our tour guides were awesome. I definitely recommend Kaleigh and Dan. Super fun and interesting!

Niagra Tour - We had an excellent 4.5 hour tour with Dan and Kaleigh. Saw the power plant, whirlpool, stopped for a slice at Frenchy’s, did maid of the mist, and cave of the winds. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Fun and efficient with Vic’s Mafia - The sites were fabulous! It was so convenient to take the shuttle bus with our guide, Vic to each of the locations. We would have spent too much time and money waiting in lines and finding parking otherwise. We had a great time with “Vic’s Mafia”. He was knowledgeable, friendly and fun. We had lots of chances for great pictures and memories.

Great trip to Niagara Falls - Vic is a great friendly guide. He knows the area well and we saw all the essential things. We stopped for a quick lunch at DiCamillo’s, a Niagara staple. Highly recommended!
