We meet in front of the Hard Rock Cafe in NIagara Falls NY, your Guide will be looking for you by name to check you in. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour start time, parking can be expensive and limited on busy days near Hard Rock: there is free parking at the Seneca Casino.

Glad to be an American - We loved seeing the powerful falls. Sherry our guide was informative, considerate of our handicap parents pace, and kind. It made me more patriotic to hear about the falls and i appreciate the work that went into it all. The architecture was amazing too. Thank you for the safe and awe inspiring fun.

amazing experience - I love seeing the waterfalls with different colors. You reach near the waterfalls so you can take a close shot on the falls. In the summer the fireworks are amazing

Exhilarating fun adventure! - It was a totally memorable trip. Riding into Falls, beautiful scenery, all of it! The rain jackets was so needed and appreciated. Our tour guide was on point! Love the experience of lifetime!

Jacob is the #1 tour guide - Jacob was the best tour guide ever!!! He was alot of fun, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very helpful. He made sure that our group stayed together, which we did. Give him a raise or promotion. If we knew anyone that was going on this trip, we would recommend going with Jacob. He has a deep connection with his coworkers, when asked leaving the ship who our tour guide was, we told them Jacob, they said oh tell him Happy Birthday.

Overpriced tour - I was VERY disappointed with the tour.
It's advertised as a 2 hour tour. What you don't know is that you dont pre-book a ticket to a specific time. The first hour of the TOUR was spent IN LINE with the general public to get out tickets. An hour of our tour was standing in line!! In the heat, in the sun.
Don't do it tourists! Go with the general public. Half the price!

Not necessary in Niagara! - The guided tour is a complete waste of time and money. We would have been much better off going through the park by ourselves. The tour guide was annoying and late to the tour.
