Niagara Falls is a must see and this tour is fabulous. - Great tour guide and tour. Jennifer was friendly and gave us time to take pics and told us quite a lot of the history around the falls. Not a bad price at all, would recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Booked this tour for my parents and they loved it. Tour company called the day before to share information and when I explained the tour was for my parents, the team went the extra mile to ensure my folks were well taken care of upon arrival and during the trip and had everything they needed. My parents said they had a blast. Highly recommend.

Not worth it - I am giving 3 stars because The Maid of the Mist was absolutely amazing, an experience that is going to be a core memory for our family. However we booked this 2 hour "tour" thinking it would be awesome too. We walked to the bathrooms, then straight to the maid of the mist, then waited 20 minutes after the boat tour for our group to all be accounted for, then walked about 25 yards from the gift shop with a 5 minute recap of the falls and the dare devils, then we were finished. We paid well more than double the cost it would have been to just walk up and purchase tickets at the maid of the mist. The maid of the mist was well worth the experience but I feel we were swindled into paying an additional $140 for the tour part. Don't miss the falls and boat tour for sure but save lots of money and just pay at the maid of the mist.

No need for a tour - The Maid of the Mist is awesome. But you can walk up and buy tickets. There is no reason to buy tickets for a lame tour. You’re just spending extra to walk around the park and get the same tour info that the trolley operator gives. Save some money and just go up and buy tickets directly.
