Fantastic - Our tour guide MJ was great! Well organized, interesting stories, and made our day at Niagara falls fantastic. We saw a lot of amazing things in half a day.

Billy G.O.A.T.! - Our tour guide was Billy and he's the GOAT (greatest of all tour guides!). The maid of the mist was incredible and took us on a showing of the most beautiful falls you can see. The boat even spun around in a 360 to allow you to capture the breathtaking scenery while right next to the falls. Along the way, Billy told us about the history of the falls and different people who attempted to cross the falls. We then went up to the observation tower to see the falls from up high, came back down for more history (and lots of puns! 😁) and ended with a ticket to the cave of the winds. Cave of the winds is one of the most interactive excursions you can book at Niagra. You start by entering a room with history facts and viewers, then watch a short video on the history with nearly an IMAX experience, then finally get to go to an elevator that descends to take you to the stairs leading up to the falls where you can literally stand right under the falls and feel the power of them crashing against your back. Your poncho won't do much to stop you getting drenched should you choose to go directly under, but it's a worthwhile experience for sure!

Awesome tour to view natures beauty. - The tour was well organized and our guide was very polite and explained everything very well. The Maid Of The Mist is worth it to experience the volume, force and noise of the water coming over the falls.

Go see the falls! - The falls are an unforgettable experience in and of themselves. We really loved our tour guide Howard as well. He kept the trip moving, but enabled us to have time to see everything.

Mind blown! - It was great to have someone to lead us from each destination to the next. Each part of the adventure was better than the last. We liked also having the freedom to explore on our own for the last leg of the excursion. Cave of the Winds was our favorite!

Trip to the falls - I would highly recommend the tour. Billy was a great guide. He's very knowledgeable and have a lot of little tidbits of information related to the falls that were really interesting.

More guide time needed - Billy was very personable and knowledgeable but seemed overly nervous. Also our tour was done in English and Spanish which meant everything, including stories, had to be repeated. This took up a considerable amount of time during the limited time with the guide. He basically walked us to Maid of the Mist then to Cave of the Winds where he departed. It’s not advertised that there is no narrative on the trolley so you’re completely reliant on the guide for it. As we walked the park we caught behind other tours and actually got quite a bit just overhearing their guides.
