Niagara Falls by Daylight and Night time Cruise with Falls lit up and fireworks to top it off is a Must see and Do Adventure - It's a Must See and Do Experience!! You will see Niagara Falls both by day and night( thankfully 5pm start is still daylight right now). You will capture amazing photos of the Falls from the ground, above ground in skylon tour, and down in the Falls on the cruise. The Falls lit up at night is a site to behold and fireworks topped it all off . Our tour guide Ross was cool, gave good history of Niagara and some interesting stories of people trying to go over the Falls you want to hear them. He prepared us for each stop. Photos, history, laughs, shopping, fudge and maple syrup tasting,door to door service for us with pick-up from hotel. Small tour group. Pickup in US and traveled to Canadian side. It is fun for singles, couples, and families, Go!!! Thanks Ross for the memories you helped create.

Great tour and experience - Ross Benton was an excellent tour guide. With it being slow season, we ended up with a private tour. Ross was very knowledgeable and made the tour wonderful.

Go Grayline with Ross! - We had Ross for our driver and tour guide. We appreciated that he came with us to each site and gave great commentary on each place we visited. I took two tours that day and Ross is the best!!

Canadian Falls tour - Ross was awesome. Very informative, very personable, and very knowledgeable. You can tell Ross really loves what he is doing. Enjoyed every minute of the tour. Would highly recommend Ross and Gray Line.

Fireworks Tour without Fireworks - Our tour was very good, but unfortunately the fireworks portion of the tour was cancelled due to weather. The main reason we had booked this particular tour was because of the illumination of the falls and fireworks portion so it was a little disappointing. Our guide truly did his best to make the remaining portions of the tour as good as possible. He was good with getting us to other sites and helping us deal with the crowds in town. He was very personable and gave excellent information so the tour was still good. We would definitely do a tour with him again, but we might not opt to do the fireworks tour because little effort was made by the company to make up for the cancellation. The tour guide did going above and beyond what could be expected, but not the company.

Lots of Amazing Sights to See! - The Niagara Falls NY/Canada tour is awe inspiring, including the fireworks night tour! It was fabulous! Our tour guide, Ross, was on-time and organized. He was a wealth of information, that he shared with Ross' Fishes (Ross'name for his tour group). As we traveled that evening, Ross supplied us with many historical facts and trivia tidbits about Niagara Falls, about both the New York and Canadian sides. The flowers were beautiful, the clock made from flowers was quite interesting - it kept real time! And being underneath Horseshoe Falls was breathtaking! One thing I would suggest is for future GrayLine tours is to interject more info about Harriet Tubman and the Underground Railroad's connection to Niagara Falls, NY and Canada 🇨🇦 tours.
