nice way to learn - nice views and interesting facts . short trip and easy walk worth our time. The tour guide gave us information about the falls and the rapids.

A great adventure - Adventurous. The sightseeing of the 3 Falls with the illumination lights was amazing. It was a nice trip.

UH MAZING! - I had been to the falls before but my husband had not. Danish was so sweet and knowledgeable and the perfect host!

Awesomeness - Our tour guide was absolutely fantastically awesome! He was not only a story teller ..one of us was using g a using g a walker with a seat on it. The ramp etc. Was very hard for her. I could push her in it however our guide would not hear of that!! He pushed her EVERYWHERE!!! The one elevator was closed and her pushed her on, even though he was 10 years my senior!!! And yes I tipped that man accordingly!! He even waited with my friend while I walked up to get my car!!!! He is a awesome member of your crew. We went on several tours..one we even left after one stop because the guide was to say the least, unappreciative of us being on the tour. Thank you for a Great Tour! Sunnie and Gracie

Just have to see in person pics don't do justice.. - The falls r just breath taken ... was gorgeous n the maid of the mist is unreal .... loved it all... n the shops the trolley n Park was beautiful...hard to belive what it would have been like that many years ago..

Niagara Falls Illumination fun from Missouri tourists - We had the best tour guide in Mike. He was quite knowledgeable and told terrific stories with exact details about the falls and the area around them. He had a wonderful personality that made it easy to enjoy the Falls and the fireworks show. We recommend him to everyone who visits.

Beautiful Falls at Night - The tour was lovely! Seeing the Falls at night adds a whole new layer of beauty to them. Our tour guide Danish was great! He made sure we were safe from beginning to end, kept us engaged with interesting questions, and was overall just a very sweet young man. We definitely recommend.

Never Again! - I opted to secure our tours with a "live" agent and not online. I stated we were staying in Canada (Raddison Hotel). I made it clear we wanted the Canadian side tours when asked. I booked a morning boat tour with hotel pickup. The bus operator would call to confirm pickup time and location. Then we discussed all the evening tours. The agent said the tour that would have a 20-minute boat ride. We would be able to see the fireworks and light show from the boat. Then do the walking portion of the tour. Dinner was not included but, there would be an opportunity to make purchases. The confusion began when I saw the ticket and it stated the tour started on the USA side. I tried several times to correct the mistake. The CSR and the tour company denied my request. Even though I stated both tours were to be from the Canadian side. My family arrived at the Hard Rock Cafe at 8pm. Between 830p- 845pm the small group waiting for the bus were calling the number and leaving messages. Finally, a tour guide arrived on foot and tried to gather his group. He had difficulty reading his list. The few in the group helped gather everyone we could find. He decided to start with who he found. We all (12) were under the impression we were looking for a bus and were going on a boat ride. The tour was not what we expected. We walked to a bridge and watched the lights and fireworks. After the fire woks he walked five of the twelve back to the Hard rock...end of the tour. We expected more stops on the walking tour.

[email protected] - The tour was very bad for me and my family, and it was slow in the journey and information, and my children also could not see the lights because of the crowding, and the tour was only the glasses without your help??

Horrible experience - Horrible! Tour guide never showed. Finally left meeting point at 333 Prospect at 9 pm. Waiting on full refund!
