Amazing Day at the Cave of the Winds - We had an amazing Tour Guide, Peter, who provided us with interesting information in an entertaining manner. He was wonderful in relating to and caring for the needs of our grandkids too. The experience of being so close to the Falls was wonderfully impressive!!

Great Experience! - A great experience with a great tour guide! Peter was knowledgeable about the falls, very organized, entertaining and accommodating. Communication was great before and during our tour! Would recommend Peter and this tour to anyone looking to enjoy cave of the winds!

Get close with Nature - Getting up close and personal with one of nature's greatest wonders. The tour itself was kind of tiring due to the number of steps down and back up.

Tour guide never showed - Our tour guide never showed up. Was at a different area and not what we were scheduled for. Called five different numbers and spoke to no one.

It's a scam - Are zero stars an option?
The incorrect meeting place was provided to me in several different communications. If I hadn't been complaining to another guest someone who works for the company wouldn't have heard me - no uniform, not actually at the kiosk - and been able to assist me.
We didn't actually join the tour until 45 minutes late because the spot they actually wanted us to meet at was quite a ways away. I was promised a refund - shockingly I never received it. Oh and the "tour" is sitting in a general area getting lectured at while you waited to go through the Cave of the Winds - which you can just show up and do as you please.
The whole thing is a scam. I clearly should have done more research but hope this helps someone else from being scammed. Now excuse me while I continue to pursue the refund I was owed over a week ago....

What a let down! - The guide called me 10 minutes before the tour’s scheduled time to cancel the tour. He stated the he didn’t know how I was able to reserve the tour in the first place. He said he was refunding my money immediately but I have yet to see the refund. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
