Niagara - Steven was cool and it was a nice tour, I would recommend their tour to anyone looking to get a depth of knowledge about the falls.

Fun day trip - We stayed in Canada and didn't realize this tour was on the NY side. We crossed over again and Jennifer was very helpful with explaining how to get to meeting point. The actual tour was amazing, I traveled with my parents, husband and 3 small children and we were able to climb the stairs at the falls and had a blast. We enjoyed it so much we also did the boat tour. Peter who was also very kind and helpful with purchasing our tickets. Overall a great experience!

Loved the guide. - Our tour guide was Peter. He was at the meeting place on time. He immediately greeted us and was very friendly. Peter is charming and energetic. He has a wealth of information about the park and the falls. A font of details and a kind soul. We had a great time hanging out with him.

No Show - Tour guide never showed up. Trying g to get a refund. Tried to find him but he wasn't where we were told to meet Also communicated with the guide by TM as he was trying to go out 1 HR early. Went through the normal ticket purchases process. Good time down on the falls

Terrible information/guide - Never got to do it! Your guide put us 30 minute walk away. Called, left msg. We were on the phone when he called. No message. Took trolley after waiting 45 minutes and then another walk to the entrance-no one ever called back. Had to pay our own way. WANT A REFUND!

The tour guide never... - The tour guide never showed. Called the number multiple times with no answer, sent two messages through the chat which were never answered. Finally we just bought tickets at the venue. The positive is that Viator is already in the process of sending us a refund, so I would give Viator 5 stars

Ghosted by tour company - No one came to attend us and we were ghosted by the tour company. Had to buy the tickets again. Called the tour guides multiple times, no one picked the call. Then connected with viator representative.

Not trustworthy - Booked wrongly previous night. I Called right away to cancel the tour. The guy from the tour company said "I see your booking. Ok. We will cancel the booking. You will see your refund within 2 to 3 day." So i did not go to the tour. But I still did not receive the refund 7 days later. So I called the company again, the guy said he would issue the refund. Days later they sent half of the refund. I don't think this company is trustworthy though I don't know about the quality of their tour.
