Best part other than... - Best part other than Niagara Falls was learning the history of the area. The guide was very knowledge.

Great small group tour - Great tour and guide !
Informative and friendly. Great to have a very small group so timing was flexible. We could stay longer if we wanted at a venue, or move on to the next location. Best way to go !

Loved the Best of Niagara! - It was an unhurried, easy and we saw and experienced so much! Our guide told us history, folklore, about the geography, wildlife and gave us tips on best places to experience each area. Loved the Maid of the Mist! And Cave of the Winds was an awesome interaction with the force of the falls! Mark was great! And fun to do it with just 7 people! This tour was an easy way to see the Best of Niagara on the US side.

Perfect! - Jimmy was a great guide! His tips and advice were spot on. He was friendly and accommodating. The small group and pick up at our hotel was perfect for us. Loved every minute.

Fall free - It was the energy that the waterfalls emanate and their strength. I enjoyed it very much when the Bridal Veil waterfall fell on me, I came out soaked but very happy.

1st timers w/ 1 overcoming a water fear! - I wasn’t expecting the experience to be as exciting as it was. Our tour guide Mark was awesome with the story telling, history lessons, general conversation and informing and preparing us for the experiences that were ahead of us which made the day even better, no guessing to what was next. It was much appreciated! For a family of 7 we were accommodated accordingly and everyone had a great time. Ask for Mark if you are interested in this tour!

What a value! - This was a comprehensive way to view the falls. We saw so much and our guide, Mark, was fantastic! He was laid back in a way that made you feel comfortable and not rushed and yet we saw so much with nothing left out. I've been to the falls before and sort of found may way around but without learning much about the falls. This tour gave me a far better experience and was well worth the money.

Company and tour were both great - This was a great tour, but I have to appreciate how kind and helpful Tripshepherd was. I goofed and booked a tour from the USA side. When I realized my mistake working thorough Trip Advisor and Tripshepherd they agreed to move it to the Canadian side. What I didn't realize was that it would be the same day at the same time. So we decided to go to Niagra on the Lake to not waste the time we had available. When I got the notification that they were ready to pick us up I tried turning around but got lost. Tripsheperd was kind and rebooked us for the next day. Great tour and a great company. Our tour guide was Precious and he was fantastic.

Good value as a small group tour - An interesting set of attractions and it was nice to have a small van take us so Brown the guy did not go into attractions with you and he sort of had a hard time keeping track even though we were a group of four and a group of three and they’re only seven people

Terrific tour guide and amazing sights, but... - Our tour guide was professional and knowledgeable. We were also picked up on time and it was nice only having a small number of people in our group. All of the sights we saw were truly amazing to say the least. I gave this tour only 3 stars because as someone who had never been to the area it seemed like we were getting driven to and admission paid to 4 or 5 different stops, which would make the price of the tour well worth it. However, in reality, it is only 2 stops with admission fees, which have a couple of sights to see in each. Had I known this, I would have done the sightseeing by myself instead of paying double to be driven less than a couple miles.
