- Cave of the Winds - An elevator transports visitors from the area between the American and Canadian Falls down to the Niagara River’s level at the base of the American Falls. A network of redwood decks and platforms allows visitors to walk right up to the base of the Bridal Veil Falls, with water cascading down and flowing beneath the decking.
- Bridal Veil Falls - Facing northwest, the Bridal Veil Falls has a crest 56 ft (17 m) wide. It resembles the American Falls, beginning with a vertical drop of 78 ft (24 m).
- Niagara Falls Observation Tower - Extending dramatically over Niagara Gorge, the architectural marvel of the Niagara Falls USA Prospect Point Observation Tower offers unobstructed views of the magnificent cascades of Niagara Falls, as well as the turbulent whitewater below.

2025 Birthday Trip - Our tour of Niagara was amazing! Experiencing Niagara in the snow was a beautiful difference. Our tour guide Marc did a phenomenal job taking us around, educating us on the history and just making the overall experience a great one. We did all that the weather allowed us to do and it was still great. We experienced a snowy mist instead of the traditional one, however it was still enjoyable. The beautiful white sights were super amazing to see. Once again Marc was a delight and made our experience the best it could be.

Learning the history of Niagara Falls. - Mark was a great guy and went out of his way to accommodate our trip. Turned out the American side for the boats were already done for the season so he got our boat trip on the Canadian side. 5 star service.

Excellent experience! - We would give this tour a 5 star rating! Niagra Falls tour was a blast! Our host/guide Saieed could have not been any better. He was very knowledgeable, punctual, funny, very informative, and personable. He gave very clear instructions of what to expect on each leg of the tour. He was never rushing the group. The tour was absolutely amazing and such an excellent experience!❤️

Missing it already! - The experience was so amazing that it was ridiculous! It was a beautiful fall day with the sun out and all the fall colours on display. The majesty and resplendence of the Niagara was on full display. Both the maid of the most and cave of the winds experience were truly out of the world. Tripshepherd and Syed, who was our tour guide were absolutely awesome and was a delightful conversationist. Bought us also some delectable chai tea from his favourite Niagara downtown hut! Totally recommend this experience to anyone looking to make a trip to Buffalo and Niagara. Also one more tip, if you are driving from the falls to Buffalo, take the toll-free longish route through the towns and along the Niagara banks, a most scenic one and many many picturesque spots all along.

Cave of the mist - I love the tour but I was dissatisfied because the tourists guide was 30 minutes late which I didn't get to go experience the cave of mist which was the one I really wanted to experience and didn't cause it close at 4 pm so I was unsatisfied

Niagara Express Tour - Unplanned - The meeting point with the tour guide of the Canadian TriShepherd agency was scheduled for 2:30 p.m. With the sun setting in Niagara in October at around 6:30 p.m., time was already running out for the detailed program announced. In fact, we were only picked up at 3:15 p.m. and only after awkward contact with the agency. Consequently, the planned program proceeded in time-lapse despite incomparably beautiful impressions. Our anger was upgraded because our guide Jimmy arrived late at two other meeting places and spent valuable time at our expense.

Don’t book 3rd party - Although the booking was for the American Falls tour, it was booked through the Canadian branch for some reason, which made communication impossible. It was a struggle to even find the meeting point, and once we arrived, we had to wait half an hour for the tour guide to arrive. When I called Viator, the customer service rep tried to tell me that I had missed the tour because I was calling past the appointed meeting time. When the tour guide did arrive, we weren’t on his list of expected travelers and he had to call his supervisor. We didn’t start the actual tour until an hour after the designated start time.
Attempting to get answers or communication from anyone was an absolute bust, and the whole process was long, confusing, and exhausting. The tour itself was fine, but I could do without the headache. Lesson learned– don’t book 3rd party.

Trip advisor is the worst although guide Jimmy is great - Trip advisor while booking mentioned that there will be hotel pickup. They haven’t provided hotel pickup plus customer care was rude. They were getting irritated when I couldn’t find my guide. But Jimmy, the guide was great. He helped me out
