Fantastic full day tour! - Ross was fantastic. He sent us a text before he picked us up to make sure we knew who he was and what bus he was in. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the entire Niagara Falls area. He even kept us informed of a fellow tour mate that lost her passport during the tour. He also took us to a spot that wasn't actually part of the tour simply because we had the time. The entire Gray lines staff were very helpful as well and I would highly recommend this tour. It was well worth it to have someone so familiar with the history of the area as a guide.

Family getaway to the falls - Ross our tour guide (Ross fishes) was amazing. Was very interesting and well informed about both the American and Canadian sides. It was a hot day and Ross brought a cooler with bottles of water (nice touch) would definitely recommend this tour to first timers to the falls like myself.

Ross's Fishes - Ross is a well-versed and experienced tour guide. He kept us engaged with interesting information the entire time which was appreciated when stopped in traffic. He did his best to keep the bus cooled off on a very hot day and provided ice cold water bottles, I believe at his own expense for the ice. Definitely a professional who's been around a few blocks. Loved the experience!

Day tour of Niagra Falls - This was a really great tour especially because we had Kat as our guide. We were Kat's Kittens. The service was great. She picked us up at 9:45 & dropped us off at almost 6. It was a full day of fun. She is very knowledgeable and funny. She brought our group to each destination quickly and without any glitches. Getting around with Kat was easy. We got through the border easily and quickly, too. This was a great organized tour for anyone. I highly recommend it. You don't have to worry about getting tickets or finding parking. If you're lucky to have Kat, then you're in good hands!
