- Cave of the Winds - First, you will be given the opportunity to get as close as possible to Niagara Falls by taking part in the Cave of the Winds tour. An elevator will be waiting to take you into the Niagara Gorge where you will be sent on your way to explore wooden walkways with a tour guide. The walkways will get you as close to the falls as possible.
- Maid Of The Mist - You will then hop aboard the Maid of the Mist where you will take in the views of the Majestic Falls from the water.
- Niagara Falls Observation Tower - From there, you will head up to the American Observation Tower extending out over Niagara Gorge.
- Goat Island - Then it’s off to Goat Island where you’ll be able to see all three Falls from different points. Don’t forget your camera because there are some wonderful views you will want to make sure you preserve on film.
- See Sight Tours - At the end of the tour, we will personally drop you off at a location of your choosing throughout downtown Niagara Falls, NY.

Out of the world! - We loved our first trip to Niagara Falls! Our Personal Guide Saied with Trishepard was great ! Picked us up from in front of our hotel with a group of only seven people it was personal , easy with almost no waiting at the destinations and Saied made us feel welcomed like family , it was nice not being pushed around like cattle. Highly recommended!

Great experience! - Very well organized tour. Our guide, Saied, was punctual and helpful as well as making it easy and smooth for us to enjoy the various attractions by booking the entrances in the right time sequence.

Our wonderful Tour - We were on a tour to Niagara Falls, you might be wondering what this is about and here’s your answer:
THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT OUR WONDERFUL TOUR
Our tour guide’s name was Saied. He was a very kind person who also gave good details on what to do and where we were at. From his wonderful driving skills while also being very kind, he brightened up our holiday vacation in many ways. We only had one afternoon at Niagara Falls and he made it easy for us to get the full experience within the limited time. He also went out of his way after the tour to make a quick stop which we requested before drop off at the hotel. Overall the tour was excellent value for money, especially for those pressed for time.

Making memories - What a fantastic package deal with easy pick up location and incredibly friendly guides/drivers. They get your tickets ahead of time so there's no waiting in line to buy tickets. When they get you to you location, they give you the necessary information and literally walk you through the entrances. On the way back to our vehicles was another story. Our intimate 7 person tour became 14 as the other driver had to guide a walking tour, which left 7 of us waiting for the van to drop off the first 7 and return to pick us up. Normally I don't mind waiting in such beautiful surroundings, but I had a timeline for my 9 hour drive home to avoid traffic.

Complete SCAM!! - Our guide never showed up. There was no communication at all despite me sending multiple messages (see photo). This tour was planned as a 60th birthday present for my mom. Thanks for ruining that. We were at the confirmed pickup location, 5 min before our scheduled time. We waited 40 minutes and no one showed up, reached out to me, or messaged me back. I called Viator and all they say is that they could issue a refund request. WELL, a few hours later I received an email saying: "Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer a refund due to it appears that the customer did not reach out to the operator or the guide and you decided to leave without contact them." Obviously, this is not true. So now I'm out $368?? Don't trust this company at all!! I'll be contacting the BBB.
