Exciting and memorable experience. - Nate was GREAT. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Wish he would’ve been able to go on the boat with us, but he had to stay back and try to gather us all together again, which seemed unnecessary.

Boat Cruise in a howling rain storm! - The boat ride to see the falls close up in the rolling river was great. Definitely had good use of our ponchos!

Loved our trip - We had a great time, Howard was our tour guide, and he was awesome, we will definitely be coming back. We loved the falls, especially at night when they were lite up.

Made as a mist lets you know how powerful mother nature is - It was a nice experience really cool to get that close to the Falls, and I liked the blue ponchos. We would do the boat ride again

Exciting - Very exciting. Boat should move slower. It seemed too fast. Longer ride would have been better. But enjoyed.

Great Boat Ride. Overpriced tour. - Maid of the Mist was great. Tour was okay...just overpriced for the bit of added value we got from the guide. Would buy boat directly next time.

Awful Uniformative Guide - My experience was terrible. I am handicapped & my guide Billy did not seem to recognize that. He was too busy telling jokes. I struggled so bad on the tour walking & was not informed that I could rent a wheelchair. I missed the boat ride as I just recently had a pacemaker put in and by the time I got up top I was having so much trouble breathing that I could not go any further. My family went without me & I missed the experience. It was not until I asked for assistance to get back to original destination did they point my husband in the direction to get a wheelchair. I was so disappointed & Billy the guide was not helpful at all. I thought that I was going to need an ambulance

Bad service - Nobody show up at the meeting point at Niagara Falls, I had to call to customer service to find out what happened, so the representative said that the service is not going to work that day. Even though my booking reference exist. I never got a message from them, never a call or nothing to say anything. If wouldn’t have call , I would probably lost the entire day waiting there. I have asked for cancellation and refund, the rep told is going to take 3-7 days , I hope they really do it

We missed the tour. - We got to Hard Rock early. We was told to be there in the description. The company is on USA side. The Hard Rock was on Canada side. Not given clear instructions. No one from company was there and no signs up. We checked with Canadian boat tours. They said Maid of the Mist was American side. Walked over there, they said we had to go back to Canada side. We said forget it and bought the ticket to get on the boat. We heard other people doing the same thing.
