Great Niagara Falls Day Tour - We loved the small group and the pre-Falls stops. There was ample time to explore and enjoy the Falls from various vantage points. The different itineraries were accommodated without imposing on others. Our tour guide Haron was extremely knowledgeable and let us know the schedule before departing. We would recommend this tour.

Exciting and amazing tour "inside" Niagara Falls - I had the most amazing adventure in Niagara falls during this tour. The tour guide, Haroun,explained a lot of things and managed to complete all the visits, the cruise, the walk behind the falls and a degustation of maple syroup on time and without any stress. We also had time for relax and shopping. Highly reccomendded!

Excellent! - Ha room was a great guide and really looked after us. Especially skipping queues and good sense of humour. The falls were great especially the boat tour.

Awesome Day Tour Experience - First our Day Tour with Boat Ride and Journey Behind from Niagara was awesome our tour guide Shahz was the best, friendly and very knowledgeable about the city. We felt relaxed and safe during our tour without worrying about driving, parking and walking long distances. We were a group of eight and truly enjoyed the amazing scenery and sights. We highly recommend the day tour.. a hassle free experience!

Niagara falls- breathtaking 😍 - Niagara Falls was absolutely amazing, the waterfall view from Canadian side was breathtaking. There is alot to do there. The tour was booked with airlink, our tour guide was haroon, he was amazing. He is funny, professional and knowledgeable.

Glad we booked! The Boat Tour was great! - I was torn between renting a car for the day or booking a tour to visit Niagara Falls from Toronto. I'm glad I decided on the tour. While we would have done the highlight of our trip, the Boat Tour, either way, we would have missed out on the Whirlpool and Maple Syrup tasting had I planned the day on my own. Here's a quick summary of our day: Pick-up at the hotel was on time and easy!! Tour guide/driver, Van, was friendly and professional. Bad traffic on our trip down, so I'm glad I wasn't driving. Quick stop at the Flower Clock. Nothing too special, but some nice photos and a restroom break after a long drive. The Whirlpool. I wish we had more time here, the cable car looked fun and I wish we had time to do it. Stop at Maple Leaf Place. Another tour I looked at had a wine tasting. We choose this tour over it because there was a maple syrup tasting which we thought would be more enjoyable/appropriate with a 10 year old. The place was a bit of a tourist trap, but the maple syrup tasting was fun. We were able to pick up some gifts as well. The boat tour was amazing! My son ranked it as the best part of our whole time in Ontario! Behind the Falls was less impressive after doing the boat tour and I would have liked more time at this stop to see the surface views here. Unfortunately, due to the morning traffic, I think this stop was rushed. Overall I would recommend doing the tour! It was far easier than renting a car and arranging everything myself. While I didn't find anything about the tour to be exceptional (except the boat tour) it was so convenient to have it all taken care of!

Unpleasant experience with Airlink Tours - We took the tour from Toronto to Niagara Falls on May 24th with Airlink Tours. The tour included the boat and the view behind the waterfall. The experience was quite unpleasant. Firstly, we booked a transfer from the hotel to the bus stop, but this service was canceled the day before, without any type of compensation. We went at our own expense to the bus departure point. The bus did not have air conditioning and the windows did not open. The day was very hot and I almost passed out from the heat. The bus driver was attentive, otherwise the service was not at all satisfactory.
