We all enjoyed every micro-second of this experience! - Everyone from the store staff to the crew and the pilot made our day. First time in Canada and I cant wait to come back again.

Best possible view of the falls! - I was only in the area for one day and decided to take the heli tour. Every single person I interacted with was so friendly and helpful. The flight was amazing!! Don’t hesitate!

Absolutely worth it! - I am generally not person who gives 5 star ratings. But this was absolutely a 5 star experience! Granted we had great weather but that isn't the reason I am giving 5 stars. We flew on a Thursday mid morning and had very little wait - maybe 20 minutes. As we were a group of 4 and the other groups were 6 and 7 it ended up being just our family for a private ride! The ground crew were very efficient and I certainly felt that we were in good hands! My two teenage sons got to sit in the front so they had amazing views. My husband I also each got window seats which were also great. Being in the middle wouldn't be ideal but if the person at the window leans back you could still have a good view. As to the people complaining about the pilot not being chatty. Seriously? He was friendly with a smile as we boarded and our harnesses were fixed he smiled and gave us a thumbs up. There was a recorded narrative during the flight - that was fine. I have diminished hearing and I could hear it ok. No the pilot did not talk to us - seriously he was focusing his attention of flying the helicopter and I appreciated that! The views of the falls and surround areas were AMAZING. People also complained about the photos. Yes they were expensive but then they were great photos. We purchased all 4 8x10 photos for $80 Canadian. That isn't cheap but not terrible either. We took tons of pictures during the flight but remembered not to just look through the phone! The place was clean and we found the staff very friendly and efficient. It was an incredible view of the falls and surrounding area. Everything was efficient and even my teenage sons were beyond satisfied. Actually got a "that was seriously cool" from my 16 year old!

Ticked a bucket list - We took our uncle who just lost his wife and he said it was the best day of his life. It was truly a fabulous experience

Bad picture taking process - Nice ride but as far as picture taking goes, you should be able to take pictures with the people you came with not with everyone that's getting on the helicopter. Why would I want to pay for a picture with people in it I do not know.

You have to fight for them to honor their coupons - Great ride/experience, but shady accounting/billing. If you google the company, you can locate a coupon for $34 off per person. The coupon says, "$34 Off. One coupon per person." I called ahead and was told they would honor the coupon. When I showed up, they did everything to try to avoid honoring the coupon. First, they claimed the standard price was somehow already discounted, resulting in the $34 off being off a higher original rate (meaning it wasn't $34 off, but a lesser amount). Then they claimed it was $34 off an adult and $18 off a kid. Of course, the list price does not say it's a discounted rate. It simply shows what their rate is. Further, I reminded them that the coupon said, "per person," it does not differentiate between adults and kids. I reminded them that a kid is a "person." Finally, they claimed that while I was right, the computer only allows a lesser discount. After not accepting that their computer could defraud me, the manager ultimately acquised and honored the coupon. While it all worked out, we should not have to fight for a company to honor their own advertisement/discount. Niagra Helicopters -- either get rid of your coupon or honor it. You cannot have a coupon that brings people through the door, then come up with nonsensical reasons why you're not going to honor it.
