- This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.
- There is no parking lot at the tour meeting location, however, there are a number of paid public parking areas within a 15 minute walk. Please arrive early and allow for time to find parking, as parking is limited near the Falls. We suggest paying for parking in advance by visiting the Niagara Parks Parking website
- Unfortunately, due to the nature of this tour, it is not wheelchair/stroller accessible.

Meet at 5920 Niagara Parkway- Niagara City Cruises Main Ticket Plaza. Look for the white sails beside the Zipline Tower. Your guide will be holding a Walks sign.
Note: Please do not go down the elevator without your guide. This tour meets 15 minutes prior to the start time.

More than just Thunder Water. A magnificent unforgettable experience - Mary was an amazing guide! She clearly loves her job and her enthusiasm and love for the Falls is evident.
She brought to life the history and possible erosion fated future of the Falls through her stories and folder of pictures of the area and its famous characters.
The tour includes a cruise into the Horseshoe Falls, a guided walk along the escarpment and entry into the tunnels that take you being the Falls and to the base of the Horseshoe Falls on the Canadian side.
A magnificent unforgettable experience!

Niagara Falls Review - Our guide was very knowledgeable. The views were spectacular. I liked the fact we got priority to board the boat. The package we bought was reasonably priced.

Up close experience - Our guide was Deanna, she was excellent. She was knowledgeable, and conducted at a good pace. Small size group. First boat out misses the crowds. Would recommend this tour.

A real experience - We had a fantastic time thanks in part to our Guide Diana 💜. Her fun stories complete the visit to Niagara Falls. The fact that you can board first and thus avoid the crowds also make it extra special. Highly recommended!

Must experience. - Marc our tour guide was very knowledgeable and had a number of stories to share. Amazing force of water when on the boat and also under the falls. Loved the observation deck by the bottom of the falls.

Try to get Deanna for the Niagara Falls: First Boat Cruise & Journey Behind the Falls tour :) - Deanna, our walking tour guide was awesome. Very informative about the history of Niagara Falls and other items of interest (the "barrel" people, high wire artists, facts and figures about the falls). She did a great job getting us to the boat tour and the under the falls tour and helped accommodate those in our party that needed a periodic rest.

Great tour-cumbersome technology - The app was a little cumbersome, and did not work at the time we were to present our tickets. Fortunately the tour guide had our names, and were able to admit us to the group. The tour was good and I would recommend it to anyone.

Great tour guide (Peggy) the boat is amazing - What a great little tour, brilliant host and very well oiled operation. We even got to queue jump due to the guide. Behind the falls is a bit poor to be honest, they should really name it at the side of the falls, that isn’t the tours problem though, they were great.
