- This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.
- There is no parking lot at the tour meeting location, however, there are a number of paid public parking areas within a 15 minute walk. Please arrive early and allow for time to find parking, as parking is limited near the Falls. We suggest paying for parking in advance by visiting the Niagara Parks Parking website
- Unfortunately, due to the nature of this tour, it is not wheelchair/stroller accessible.

Meet at 5920 Niagara Parkway- Niagara City Cruises Main Ticket Plaza. Look for the white sails beside the Zipline Tower. Your guide will be holding a Walks sign.
Note: Please do not go down the elevator without your guide. This tour meets 15 minutes prior to the start time.

Well worth It - Being first of the day, no line, was WAY worth it! Great tour guide! Behind the Falls not really worth it, in my opinion. Other than standing on the platform next to the falls getting wet, there’s really nothing else. No longer a true behind the falls experience. The old ‘walk behind the falls among the boulders “ was closed due to erosion. ‘Just sayin’….

Great way to view the falls - Great tour with lots of interesting Niagara trivia and facts. Our tour guide Mary was great at finding good place to rest and had interesting pieces of information to share. The boat and journey to the tunnels were both great ways experience the falls.

Waterfall adventure - Enjoyed this tour. Madeline was fun and knowledgeable. She was full of interesting information and stories. Tour ran a bit long. I was disappointed with the behind the falls part of the tour. I expected a better view than the small peep hole. Tip: wear water shoes on boat. Your feet will get wet.

Overall Great Excursion - Enjoyed first access to the boat and skipping the line for Journey Behind the Falls. Mary was very personable, but stories were more for adults than kids. The boat ride was excellent, but Journey Behind the Falls was disappointing.

Disappointed - The morning we went it was raining and we were delayed because of rain..Then we went down on the ramp and stood there in heavy pouring rain .When we got on boat rain was heavier and no visibility.Should have been offered another ride.1hour later weather was great.Dissapointing not to get another opportunity
