The meeting point is inside Skylon Tower. If your ticket includes the Tower, use it before the walking tour. Be ready 10mins before departure. We recommend you use the main doors from Parking Lot A. Walk past Guest Services, take the first right hallway. The VOX City booth and reps await you there.

Get it all in with this tour - Great to tour as first activity. Kelly was informative and friendly. The trail will get your 10k steps in and you don't realize it. I liked the stops along the way and that we were able to do the very long journey behind the falls line.

Great family experience - Our guide was so friendly, engaged with the kids and was very knowledgeable in her history! We had already walked part of the tour prior, so walking it a second time hearing the history behind everything made it even better.

Walking tour behind the falls - The tour was VOX company she was very nice and polite I like her energy and kindness, didn’t like to much crossing the town walking is was to crowds and trying to listen is was hard, But she was very fast after that we went to the túnel that was a whole beautiful adventure and amazing view.

History Tour - Distance From Falls - Kelly was an amazing tour guide. She was humorous and knowledgeable. She made the tour memorable. Things to consider: You will only get about 10 feet away from the falls. Most of your time will be doing a history tour and standing in line. The "Maid" boat ride may be a better experience.

Mssing the guide, falls are outstanding. - The guide did not show up, we did not get the guided tour and behind the falls. We did walk ourselves and it was outstanding. Missed learning of some history. Husband was very disappointed that he did not see the wonder behind the falls. Do not expect to be there again. No call or text or email or offer to rebook. They did process a refund.

Good tour but needs more organization and professionalism. - It was not easy finding who our guide was at the meetup place in the lobby of the Skylon. We didnt understand that Vox was the company we booked with versus the travel site we booked off of. When we found someone, she didnt have record that we were had tickets with her company. I finally found my email which showed that Vox was the company but she disappeared. When I found her, she was outside taking a smoke break. She was also late which pushed our tour back. There was no sense of urgency whatsoever. She honestly was a disaster before it started. When we finally started, she actually turned things around and did a pretty good job. It ended up being a good tour although we didn’t truly understand what the tour was when we signed up. Think the description could be better online. Things that should improve: 1. Better descriptions online of who we're booking with along with what the activity is. 2. Better description on where to meet and who we should be looking for. Since there are other companies meeting at the same place, how do we know we’re looking for and where to meet? 3. Why was our reservation not accounted for? Why did the employee not have record of us? 4. Employees need to be better prepared and on time. There was a lack of organization and professionalism.

Disappointing - Our guide was very informative and funny, but, we were highly disappointed. We did not know we had to walk all over the place, then, back to the falls, the wait was horrible hot. Once we got thru the tunnel, the falls were beautiful and powerful, but the kids (10 and 9 )thought they would get wet according to the pictures etc… wish I didn’t waste money.
