The meeting point is inside Skylon Tower. If your ticket includes the Tower, use it before the walking tour. Be ready 10mins before departure. We recommend you use the main doors from Parking Lot A. Walk past Guest Services, take the first right hallway. The VOX City booth and reps await you there.

Well organized and visit... - Well organized and pleasant visit. Unfortunately, he had no visitors in French.

Overall good experience - The directions and finding where to go were very general and difficult to follow. The actual experience was great for the behind the falls, and Skylon tower. The Tesla audio tour was a waste of time.

Not great - That this App is not easy or intuitive to use. When approaching to the sight seeing target the ticket personnel did not accept the initial barcode. There was a second step needed. Which they agreed was not necessary.

ok without more - Personally we loved less behind the falls in fact there is not much to see and the wait is long to get there... but the skylon tower was beautiful!

You don't go behind the... - You don't go behind the falls. As suggested on ticket and advertisement.. Just in tunnels. Very disappointing.

Don’t use Viatour or tripadvisor - Don’t buy this through trip advisor or Viatour. The tour operator they work with is not reliable. Instructions mentioned receiving vouchers by email that I did not receive. The instructions from Viatour was to find the City Vox representative at the their booth in Skylon and no one was there and the Skylon front desk did not acknowledge the existence of such a booth.
After waiting one hour of my time, I called Viatour CS and the agent mentioned that he is going to cancel and ask for refund since he sees same complaints from other customers. I went ahead and bought my own ticket based on his input and later on I received an email that there will be no refund. I am an Expedia and tripmasters guy. This was my first time trying trip advisor and is going to be the last.

Unfortunate - Unreliable team , I just booked for this tour and no further updates where provided,I was the one who contacted and collected the details.
When I went to the tour on the booked day, I found out that the skylon tower was closed, they didn't knew about it, and my husband birthday was today and he had a great wish to be there at the skylon tower , I asked for a refund and Maria she was the last customer representative I talked with and she was good enough to settle us..so anyone who is booking be sure that I won't get any further updates from them..you have to check those because it's your money

Incredibly underwhelming. - You walk to the end of a tunnel and the water is falling beyond the end of the tunnel. On the American side, you actually hike behind the falls and really get to experience the falls up close. The canadian tour was incredibly lame in comparison, not worth the price nor the time to wait.

Don’t buy this tour, buy directly from the attractions instead - There is no reason to buy this tour. Viator provides no services other than a confusing set of emails you have to navigate through in order to exchange their vouchers for actual tickets at the attraction. You still wait in the same lines as everyone else who is buying tickets just to exchange your vouchers for tickets. Viator pressures you into buying by telling you it’s going to sell out, but we were there in peak season and people were just buying tickets at the attractions.
At purchase time, I asked the Viator customer service about what time we needed to be there for these attractions and they said anytime from 10-5. However they did not mention that the Behind the Falls tour has timed entry and you can’t pick your time until you exchange your vouchers for tickets, so we had a two hour wait because we didn’t get there until mid afternoon. If Viator had explained properly how it worked, we would’ve arranged our day differently.
It costs less for Skylon and Behind the Falls to just buy these tickets directly at the attractions than the cost of this package. We weren’t really interested in the Tesla audio tour, we didn’t do it. It’s just something you listen to on your phone I believe.

Falls , good. Viator, terrible. - The Falls and Skylon Tower were great to experience, but once is enough for me! Our problem was the horrible experience in dealing with the Viator/Vox company. They were terrible in the delivery of our tickets.
