When the Niagara City Cruise is not operating (October to May), it will be replaced with Journey Behind the Falls.

- Minimum drinking age is 19 years
- Seat Requirement: All infants and toddlers traveling on our vehicles are required to occupy their own seat. For safety purposes, they must be secured in a government-approved car seat or booster seat appropriate for their age, height, and weight.
- In the event that the Hornblower Niagara cruises not in operation, we will substitute it with the Journey Behind the Falls. Typically the boat operates between May and October although circumstances beyond our control may prevent this from happening.

A must if you go to the falls - There is boarding, with this disguise which protects us from the rain, then a boat which shakes, and we are thoroughly drenched, it feels like an adventure, it's very nice. And we see the falls very closely.

Rain did not hinder. - It all was great but the boat ride was the highlight. We had a 5 star tour guild named Lennie. He was full of information and funny. He took us to a small bakery and deli that was delicious.

Breathtaking! - Maid of the Mist did not disappoint. The falls are impressive and magnificent and the boat ride put you up close and personal with this wonder. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Simply the best - Well, not sure where to begin. Niagara falls is spectacular, but this company really goes the extra mile to make sure you are treated like a VIP!. Seriously clean vehicles with ice cold water. So refreshing after walking up the hill from the boat. Did i mention COLD. The guide was phonominal with his talent for words and great stories. Sam the driver was a true professional. He knows how to drive a bus. never felt so safe.

Great day no driving! - Nice bus ride out of Toronto. It takes 2 hours to get back. Info says 9 hours but was 11 hours. Guide was knowledgeable and kept to the schedule. No driving and parking .....so worth it!!

Perfect way to see all Niagara offers - Our family of two teenagers and two adults just came home from our day out. It was truly an amazing day.
They picked us up from our hotel and off we went to the Hornblower cruise! They were a bit late because they were coming from Toronto, but they were very apologetic.
We didn’t have to wait in line and the cruise was so much fun! It was just amazing to see the falls so close up!
Lisa, the driver, and Kevin, the guide, we’re total professionals and so pleasant!
After the boat ride we had an hour to explore Clifton Hills. We went to the Niagara Brewery and had a quick lunch and met the bus to head to Niagara on the Lake. It was a scorcher and being in an air conditioned bus was heavenly. They also provided us with ice cold water bottles. Much appreciated.
Kevin is an amazing tour guide, and very funny, too!
We arrived at Niagara on the Lake and had an hour and a half to explore this quaint town. So eclectic!
We finished the tour at the Lakeview Winery to sample Icewine.
Kevin and Lisa took such good care of our group. They even got us a private ride back to our hotel as the rest of the group was going back to Toronto.
Highly recommended!

No falls at all - Sadly they didn't give the substitute programme for canceled boat tours as described. 100% of the tour was without the falls,like wineries, power stations, cable cars and whirlpools. At the end "the falls" we had to explore on our own.

Not recomended! Do not book this tour. - Really bad experience. We never got picked up and waited at Sheraton together with other guests who waited for the same trip.
We tried to call several times. Ontario tours said they did not do tours in the falls. And Viator could not get through to them. We have not here two days after heard any explanation and we have not got our money back yet.

Sold a trip that didn’t exist! - Extremely disappointed- my wife and I stood waiting for the transport and no one arrived to pick us up. I tried to contact the organisers but couldn’t so sent a message - reply was that I HAD cancelled the trip and would receive reimbursement- nothing so far. I went to the place near Niagara Falls where the trips are run from but the place was locked and there was NO sign of anyone there. I was SOLD a trip that didn’t exist - please be aware!
