Wonderful Informative Tour - We did the basic self-guided tour and we were not disappointed! We discovered extremely interesting facts about the history of the power stations utilizing Niagara Falls over the years. This was a great tour with self-guided or guided options. The listening devices made it easy to do a self-guided tour and learn at your own pace. The walk through the tunnel was at your own pace with an occasional bench to rest along the way. The view at the end of the tunnel made the walk through the tunnel well worth the time and effort.

Loved It - John was a great guide. He was so knowledgeable not only about the walking tour’s points of interest, but he was able to give us a little information about other parts of the Niagara Falls area. The information given on the views from the SKYLON Tower, Nikola Tesla, and the power station were truly fascinating. 10/10 experience.

Would do it again - It was nice that it started with a view from the Skylon tower. The end of the tunnel at the falls was so cool. Loved the tesla coil at the power station.

A perfect rainbow at the end of the tunnel - My husband and I enjoyed the tour, which was well organized, and led by a knowledgeable and enthusiastic tour guide. We loved her stories, especially the ones about Nicola Tesla, when we stopped by the Tesla statue. The most memorable part of the tour was seeing a perfect rainbow over the horseshoe falls at the end of the tour, just as our guide had predicted. Thank you.

Pretty technical, but not entirely - I loved going up in the Skylon Tower and learning about the people who attempted going over the falls. The information on Nikola Tesla and Thomas Edison was interesting as well. Much of the technical information about power generation was a little over my head. The experience of walking through the tunnel and coming out so close to the falls was probably the best.

Informative on the Inner Workings - Marc, our guide, was informative and enthusiastic. The tour started at the Skylon tower and we waited to go up in the elevator and even longer to go down. That was very inefficient. However the view is great. The walk to the Power Station is pretty. The Power Station was ok and self-guided.

We were unable to find... - We were unable to find the meeting place even after asking multiple employees around the falls and were not able to take the tour.

Best to just go to the power station - There was zero communication prior to the start of this tour. We received poor directions from company and hotel on meeting location and missed our time. We went directly to the power station hoping we could catch up with our tour and was informed by the company we could not. My advice is to skip this one all together and get tickets directly at the power station. Even on Labor Day weekend there was little wait. Do the journey behind the tour instead!
