Anniversary Trip - First trip to Konzelmann was a great experience! We did a tasting and food pairing with charcuterie. You can't beat the view this winery offers. Enjoyed everything at our tasting. The peach wine was fantastic. The Baco Noir was also a standout. Would return!

Donna is the best - Donna was amazing! 10/10 experience. She’s the best. We love her and she made it so much fun. We had a great time with the junk food pairing.

Fun, gorgeous view, interesting history. - Gabrielle (a) was an excellent ambassador for your company. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and fun. She went the extra mile by taking our picture, sharing a few places to go in the area and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know us a bit by asking us what brought us to the Niagara region.

An amazing bachelorette experience with Seth! - Seth was amazing!! We went for my friends bachelorette and we had the best time! He was so kind, chatty, and ready to have fun it made this stop our favourite on our wine tour!! If I am to come back I would request having Seth as the person to lead our wine tasting again! He made my day and made sure he got to know us so he was able to connect and have fun!!

The people at Konzelmann - In the last week, I have been at Konzelmann twice and both times I had incredibly excellent people. Melanie is an incredibly caring and detail oriented person who made sure we had the most fruitful experience possible. Michael, at the counter, was very personable and extraordinarily funny. It was clear he knew the product and science intimately without ever making us feel lost. Five days later we came back for the summer sips patio experience and we were lucky enough to have another extremely knowledgable and charming sommelier named Seth who was just as knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating. The product at Konzelmann is certainly well crafted, but above else I would suggest making this Estate winery a must-see stop due to the incredible curated staff who exceeded expectations at every turn.

Chocolate wine pairing - We just returned from a chocolate pairing wine tasting. We had a great time and learned a lot. Donna led us through the pairings and without a doubt she is very knowledgable about wines and wine pairing. Highly recommended for anyone travelling in Niagara on the Lake.

Personable and Tailor-Made - My partner and I made it (late) to a tasting and Donna made sure we had a fantastic experience in a limited time. Incredible knowledge and personable experience invites for a wonderful experience that's tailor made for you based on your taste, often without you even knowing you're being assessed and tailored toward. Fantastic experience, I recommend Donna wholeheartedly!

Disappointed! - Had made reservations ahead of time. Did not care for room for tasting. Just a bar. No water between tasting . Disappointed.

Experience was very rushed and disappointing. - I generally don't review to point out the negatives of an experience, but my husband and I were both a little disappointed in the Seated Tasting. The price was comparable to those we've attended at other Niagara on the Lake wineries, but the experience was very rushed. There were several tables of guests being taken care of by a French speaking young man who was very attentive and informative, and gave them ample time to taste and ask questions before moving on to the next glass. The young man helping us filled all of our glasses at once, told us the order in which we should taste them, and gave the briefest possible description of each. He then proceeded walk away and polish glasses at the bar. We could see the next group of guests waiting at the door - which didn't help the situation. Needless to say - we had no incentive to make a purchase at the shop using the $5. discount coupon we were given.
