Perfect addition to a trip - This was the highlight of our visit to Niagara. I will be recommending this all around. Although slightly delayed due to weather the team did a great job of keeping us up to date and ensuring it was a great experience.

Must try when in Niagara - A buddy and I were visiting Niagara on vacation so we decided to get a tour of the falls and we were not disappointed! The views were spectacular and the pilots were extremely friendly and helpful. I was a little nervous to fly in a small plane but it was extremely smooth and everything went perfectly. Thanks to our amazing pilot for the trip!

Great views and a great time - My cousin and I were staying the weekend in Niagara so we decided we wanted to try a tour of the falls. We were not disappointed! We were able to get great views of both the Canadian and the American side and we overall had a wonderful time. The pilot was extremely friendly and the flight was smooth! We had an amazing time.

Delayed start, views were great from 2500 ft - Booked this a day before my first ever trip to Canada and received a confirmation email. Day of the booking, I made good time on my 4-hour trip due to not having any delays and arrived around 11 AM for my reserved slot of 11:45 AM. I checked in and was told I would be going later than my booked time and that I should have received communication regarding the delay. I checked the email and there was a communication received around 8:12 AM, which I had missed because I was already on the road. The communication said we would be departing for the tour "closer to 12:30pm." This did inconvenience us as we had a very light breakfast and planned on eating properly after the tour. We awaited our turn and 12:30 PM came by and there were still people ahead of us, so we had to eat something. Finally, our turn came at 1:30 PM, a full 1 hour 45 minutes later than our originally scheduled time and one of us could not enjoy thoroughly because of feeling queasy due to the food. While it was mentioned that the $30 each fuel surcharge and GST were not included in the final charge, we did pay an additional 95 USD cash for the two of us at the terminal because card was not accepted. I would have appreciated a commentary of what we were looking at as we were flying over, but I was told the communication equipment was not working. The pilot was skilled and the views were good though. For those want to get a closer aerial view, book a helicopter as they fly much lower.

Saw other aerial tour... - Saw other aerial tour companies flying but weather wasn't clear for IFLY TOTO. They offered to rebook within one year. Let's see how it goes when we reschedule it.

Disappointing - We paid for the trip showed up in time it was cancelled due to weather and full refund not received they kept $25 per person l. Weather not our fault or fault of Viator but we should not be penalized. Our schedule was short and packed with other tours. Very disappointing that full refund not received

Bad - They cancelled on us 2 hours before the trip saying that the whether wasn’t good enough to fly and with no refund, as there website states that if cancelled due to poor whether they’ll do a full refund which they didn’t honour.
