Amazing - Flying over the Niagara Falls was an amazing experience the pilot was very friendly and professional, taking off was nice but the landing was really smooth, weather was perfect just an amazing experience with my wife celebrating our 30th anniversary.

Worth it, stunning. - Pilot was great, incredible views. Would definitely recommend to all visiting Niagara area. Ran into a slight weather delay but worth the wait.

Wonderful views and great price - The tour was wonderful with great views. The crew is very experienced as the ride was smooth and so was the landing. When comparing the price with the helicopter, the plane was much better priced with a longer flight an same views. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful way to view the Falls - This excursion was so exhilarating! Aaron our pilot was very professional and experienced. The only con was that we were charged $95 additional dollars upon arrival that was not disclosed by Viator. That was off putting as we thought we were paid in full. So please be ware that there will be a gas and trip fee charged in additional to your payment upon arrival.

Last minute additional charges - We were asked to pay 95 CAD at the airport. These charges were not mentioned while booking.
For the 95 CAD, since we were tourists from the USA and we didn’t have CAD, we offered USDs to the pilot and she asked us for $85 which was way off the conversion rate.
This was paid in cash and we were not offered receipts for that.
Is this a standard process?

Forget this - Bad experience with this - didn’t get to fly as miscommunication with tour… in dispute with a refund! Would not recommend!!
Good news - booked a helicopter with separate company instead which was brilliant !
