Great tour - I highly recommend taking this tour with Laurence. She has a lot of insights avaiable for the different stops you are taking on this trip. The tour offers both, knowledge and facts of the places that you are visting and it also gives you enough space to discover the villages on your own. Each stop was perfectly timed.

Easy way to see the villages. - Loved our day trip to see the villages. Easy transport and knowledgeable guide. There was enough time to wander each village and see the views. The villages were way less crowded than old town Nice so that was a bonus.

Incredible Tour with Amazing Guides - We were in a little bit of a bind. We had tentative plans to visit St. Paul de Vence, but discovered when we arrived in the Riviera that transportation was more difficult than anticipated. St. Paul de Vence is not an easily reached place and we were feeling a little discouraged that it might not have been feasible. I decided to take a quick look to see if there was another option, and I found this tour. At the time, I was happy to be able to see some more of the beautiful villages of the region, but what I didn't know at the time was that this would turn out to be the best day of our entire trip. There were two vehicles touring in tandem that day and so, in practice, we had two guides, both of whom were wonderful. Nabil is an absolute fountain of knowledge about the region, both historically and in the present and his enthusiasm bubbled through continually. Laurence was so kind and thoughtful all the time, making us feel welcome and gently helping us when we threatened to lose our way. She was also an excellent driver- and these mountain roads are not for inexperienced drivers. The destinations were all lovely and all very different. Grasse featured a tour of the Fragonard perfume factory, something I enjoyed significantly more than I thought I might. We also got to stroll along a gorgeous old street. Gourdon was probably the very loveliest of the bunch, at the top of the mountains we'd been admiring all the way away in Nice. Up here, we were treated to absolutely stunning vistas- apparently on a clear day, one can sometimes see as far as Corsica. Tourettes sur Loup was another beautiful medieval village and one that remained very "lived-in", this is not like some of the other old villages (think Eze) which are basically entirely in the hands of wealthy magnates and hotel interests. We also sampled some violet ice cream which was actually quite delicious (yes, it's floral but it's also really good!). St. Paul de Vence is notable for its brilliant colours and charming, winding streets. A small note- I would avoid the ramparts, they are not for the faint of heart. All in all, we had a wonderful day with two excellent guides. If you have the opportunity to take this tour, I would not hesitate. Most of these destinations are somewhere between difficult and impossible to access with public transportation and there's no realistic way you could see all four in a single day. All four locations are lovely and different from each other as well. I would heartily recommend this tour to anyone.

Enjoyable tour - This tour was a great way to see some beautiful villages in the comfort of a small van. Our guide was friendly, spoke good English and knowledgeable of the villages we visited. She was able to drop us off at the beginning of the villages unlike other tourists that had to park in nearby lots. She gave us a certain amount of time to tour on our own and then meet her back at the van. We were picked up and dropped off at a nearby hotel in Nice. Very convenient. Would recommend.
