Highlights
  • Plage du Débarquement - A stop at the beach where American forces landed in Provence during World War II.

We will begin with a scenic hike around the lakes (ancient blue stone quarries), showcasing striking color contrasts and red rocks in myriad shades. The area offers numerous points of interest in geology, flora, and botany (or opt for a less strenuous touristic train ride to the village).

  • Port du Poussai - A quaint and charming port for fishing and yachting, featuring nautical and scuba diving activities. Enjoy a stunning view of the Golden Island, famously depicted in Tintin’s comic book “The Black Island.”

You can have a picnic lunch at picnic tables or on a beautiful beach (options include sea bathing, swimming, kayaking/StandUp Paddleboarding, diving (with prior request), adventure/escape games, or 4x4 buggies - inquire about extra fees - some options are only available for groups).

  • Le Dramont - Another segment of the coastal path with dramatic landscapes where red cliffs plunge into the Mediterranean. A highlight of the Esterel Departmental Natural Park.

Enjoy beautiful views, forests, and red rock cliffs (short hike 45 minutes - long hike 2 hours).

  • Agay - A perfectly curved bay offering a stunning view of Dramont and the Esterel mountains.
  • Theoule sur Mer - Nestled in a small cove of the Estérel, Théoule is a tranquil seaside resort and a paradise with everything to delight holidaymakers: turquoise waters lapping against sandy beaches shaded by palm trees, and numerous red rock creeks.
The ideal spot for sea activities in a heavenly setting (Paddleboarding, Kayaking, Snorkeling) or simply to relax and enjoy the beautiful landscapes and sandy beaches.
    Visit Theoule Castle (optional).
  • Mandelieu-la-Napoule - A stop in this typical village offers the chance to visit its unique Castle, home to the Napoule Art Foundation, established in 1951 by Marie Clews in memory of her husband, Henry Clews. The couple spent 17 years restoring the “Château de La Napoule,” a former medieval fortress now housing Henry Clews’ (1876-1937) sculpture collection and international art projects.
  • La Pointe de l’Aiguille - A highlight of the Esterel coast, offering an extraordinary spectacle where red rocks plunge into a sea that shifts in shades of blue and green with the seasons.

Sightseeing with a Twist of Historical Context - Cyril was one of the best tour guides we've ever had to pleasure to have! The entire day was filled with tales of the history Nice, beautiful views, and wonderful food. We chose a more low-key adventure given the immobility of some of the members of our party, but we still felt completely enriched by the experience. Cyril was always attentive to our needs and concerns. His former career as a political speech writer for the government only enhanced his incredible knowledge of the area's complex cultural and political background and was exactly what we wanted. If you want an unparalleled view into how Nice came of age while enjoying the sights that are not Monaco and Cannes, then this is the tour for you!

Food , hiking and side seeing in Massif de l'Esterel range. - Our trip was changed due to the rain and wind from the alps to Massif de l'Esterel range! . However, we had the best day hiking, side seeing and learning about the history of the area. Cyril was a wonderful tour guide, with a full bag of knowledge that he shared with the group. We had lunch in one of the local restaurants and the food was very fresh and yummy. Highly recommended!!!

Visit to Cannes - Train ride through Cannes. Our guide Samuel Munro was very informative and helpful. He took us on a tour of the beaches in Cannes and tour of Medieval castle. It was eye opening.

Artouste Train - It was spectacular for the views, since the day was clear, without a cloud and a radiant sun. Very hot heat. When we reach the top at 2000m. We find a small bar. Then we went up a path until we reached the lake. Precious.
