Great Experience - Julia is a great host, very knowledgeable, loved the wines too, enjoyed them all. A great experience and I would highly recommend this event. The room itself is quite basic and could have been a little warmer, I felt a bit chilly by the end but that's only a minor quibble. We had great company with a group of people from Germany and a lovely couple from Mumbai.

Great Opportunity to Learn About Lesser Known Wines and Wine Regions of France - Very informative class. Not only did we taste some interesting wines but we learned about the different wine regions of France and how each region has different wine characteristic. One of the best parts was we learned about wines from lesser known regions (other than Bordeaux and Burgundy). Julia is very knowledgeable and has an advanced degree in Wine Studies. An excellent way to spend a couple of hours and come away smarter and ready to order good wine.

Fun experience, would do again - Julia was a fantastic host and very knowledgeable on all the great French wines that we tried. I learned a ton about the various regions of France as well.

Excellent Wines and Even Better Information - This was a wonderful experience with many excellent wines! Julia was incredibly knowledgeable and shared the details about where each wine came from, and key notes about them all. She also did a wonderful job making it in interactive experience to keep everyone engaged and see what each person was thinking about the wines along the way. She made it a very warm and open environment where there were no wrong answers which made it perfect for learning as we went.

Amazing Wine Tasting! - Julia was an amazing guide and was extremely knowledgeable. She clearly put a lot of thought into the selections and chose really interesting wines from regions all around France. Learned so much from this session, would highly recommend!

Really fun and interesting experience to start a night out in Nice - We had a very enjoyable time tasting wines of the region our guide was extremely knowledgable and friendly. Sadly she had to endure two rather rude American guests but handled them with great politeness and her knowledge shone through, they were inky really interested in Chardonnay and the regions have so much more to offer, there was a lovely array of wines and champagne to try and the Comte cheese accompaniment was very tasty. We had a great time and can recommend the experience highly.

Great intro to French wines! - Wonderful selection of unique wines from France. Very educational, and entertaining from start to finish. Would do it every week if it was in my hometown.

Great learning and bonding experience! - Great tasting and learning experience, Julia was a fantastic and knowledgeable somelier and host. She made us all feel comfortable sharing our opinions and the two hours flew by. We had such a great time, some of us in the group went out for drinks after. My only note would be the space where the tasting takes place felt like a classroom, it was kind of awkward. I was expecting something more laid back, maybe a more open space, but by the second glass it didn't really matter.

Informative but formal - Very informative and educational, however very formal setting and classroom atmosphere.
Lovely woman leading the session,
Breadsticks, crisps and cheese were the snacks.
We had 3 reds, 1 champagne , 1 rose and 3 white wines.

Disappointing - Received a message that the wine tasting was canceled 30 minutes before it was to begin. We were already on our way out the door.
We had been looking forward all day to this, but ended instead with a night in the hotel room, when it was too late to book anything else.
Because of the change in the exchange rate I got back less than I had paid in Norwegian kroner.
