Amazing experience - Great tour by Khaled El saady ! We really enjoyed his explanations, and he was very helpful when navigating Luxor. Highly recommend him as your guide! Also Mina in Aswan was extremely helpful. They were two people who made our trip much much better.

Very enjoyable cruise - This was a really enjoyable trip. The boat was great, with comfortable cabins. View from the cabin was excellent. Lovely sitting up on the top deck. Food was great with lots of choice. Trips well organised, generally receiving a WhatsApp message from the guide but sometimes this fell down and we weren’t sure where we needed to be. Guide quality varied, some were excellent, particularly Abdullah. Kom Ombo and Edfu were extremely busy as everyone arrives together but we were prepared. Didn’t like to use the horse carriages to Edfu as concerns for animal welfare. Pleased to see Brooke Charity working there. Unfortunately witnessed a horrible accident. Recommend the trip to Abu Simbel which is amazing. Didn’t do the balloon ride but easily added this on as a separate trip at Luxor

It was a good fit for my needs - I loved this experience! The boat itself was solid...definitely not the fanciest and definitely not in bad condition either. Beds were cozy and each room had a slider that opened to the Nile with newer beach chairs on the top deck. It was a good fit for my needs and budget and I found something I liked in the .buffet at every meal

See my good experience on this cruise on my YouTube channel Marcel Barrera & The World - I really liked this cruise, I loved it, on my YouTube channel Marcel Barrera & athe World I show everything in detail about my experience on this cruise. The food was varied and delicious, the room was very nice with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom, the terrace and pool were very nice, all the spaces on the boat were very good. I liked all the visits to the temples even though they were very short visits. The only thing I didn't like about this cruise was that our guide Michael demanded an extra tip for people who I don't know who they were, you are supposed to be paying for a cruise because you don't want this amount of tips, and tips are supposed to be voluntary , and when we gave him part of the tip, he wanted us to give him more and he got angry because we didn't, we didn't like that attitude. But otherwise I really liked the cruise and I recommend it 100 percent.

how was your visit - The itinerary was thoughtfully curated, starting with the serene beauty of Aswan, where we explored the Philae Temple and the Unfinished Obelisk. The cruise then ventured to the highlight of the journey – Abu Simbel. Witnessing the colossal statues and intricate carvings was a surreal experience, and the early morning visit added an enchanting touch.

Nile cruise 4 days 3 nights nov 2023 - It was impossible to know the difference beetween the different cruiseoptions shown at your website to make a booking we for sure knew would fit us, it felt like a blind buy. We would have liked to know the standard of the cruiseship and the rooms and the connecting facilities in advance. The staff of the cruiseship M/S Nile Jewel was very serviceminded and we received the support needed. We would have liked to recieve a detailed programme in advance. The booking details did not show the programme. We like that it was different guides, the guides had different skills and it was nice to get different perspectives. We would have liked a better communication beetween viator, the local operator and the guides and us to avoid misunderstandings.

The guide was terrible! - Unfortunately our overall experience was poor. Let me give you an overview - there are a LOT of cruise ships with many of them on the same itinerary. This means the temples are very crowded when you visit them. At Abu Simbel there was almost no space to walk - the cruise is on a tight schedule which means you have little time at the temples when you visit them. We felt rushed at multiple of them - the meals were fine with a lot of choices but often a bit dry or without much taste… - the price for the enterance fees and tipping on top of the cruise is quite a lot in our opinion. Also, you get a guide with a small group and tipping for this person is not included. We ended up giving him quite an amount of money because we were with multiple, had 4 days and he was asking/mentioning the tip quite a lot. We did not feel comfortable with the amount we gave but felt like we had to. - You are given a group with the cruise which is quite nice to get to know a few people. Would be nice to know in advance.
