Not to be missed - Emma is an amazing bubbly tour guide that made our trip special. We were treated well and really enjoyed the trip. I highly recommend you give it a try.

Excellent with terrific guide and private driver. - Fantastic! We only had a day so decided to go with a private tour. Private was definitely the way to go. We had a brilliant articulate tour guide with great English who picked us up with the driver from the hotel. The driver was also very good and safe which was important to us give the busy roads. Our tour guide Johnny Pham was excellent, he knew where the big tour buses were going to be and avoided them taking us to the sights at times when it was much quieter. We were very happy we chose this private option. It was a big day and we saw so much and the kids enjoyed it. The lunch was also VERY good. Would reccommend this option to anyone.

Mesmerizing Hanoi and around, with family and our tour guide Lucas - Did sight seeing at Hanoi and around in January 2025, with Lucas being our tour guide. Amazing views, beautiful sights at Hanoi city, Ninh Binh and Halong bay.
All made more special by Lucas, who was always punctual, updated on the tour, our itinerary, locations, meals and bearing our tantrums and wishes, always with a smiling face 🌝
Thanks Lucas for making my family trip to Hanoi, Vietnam memorable.

Go for it - My parents and I went on a private tour to Trang An and Ninh Bin and Hoa Lu. Our private tour guide was Emma. She was AMAZING! Both my parents are senior citizens. She was extremely mindful of that and arranged to assist us in a way that made us feel very well taken care of.
Fun story: my dad’s shoe got ripped off midway. Emma took it upon herself to arrange a guy to fix my dad’s shoe, and even went with him to get a new pair of shoes.
Our trip to Ninh Binh was memorable for the natural beauty. But it was made unforgettable by Emma and her warm hospitality.

Great experience with private boat tour - Very extraordinary experience we had a fantastic time with our guide Emma. The trip is well orgnised, car is nice and clean. It is not rushed as other big groups, and when we took boat it was quiet and avoid other big groups, so the whole experience was really beyond our expectations. Definitely recommend.

Unforgettable Tour Experience with Johnny Pham – Highly Recommended! - Johnny Pham was an exceptional tour guide – 10/10! He was friendly, kind, and, most importantly, incredibly patient, which is a rare quality among many tour guides. He took the time to ask which of the two recommended trips we preferred and suggested the Trang An Boat Tour, a UNESCO World Heritage site. We were grateful for his thoughtful recommendation, which truly enhanced our experience. Johnny guided us through every temple at this historic site and made the serene boat ride even more enjoyable with his great company. He also took amazing photos of our family throughout the day. Johnny truly gave us the best experience possible. We highly recommend him for any full-day tours in Hanoi!

One of the best tour companies of Vietnam 🇻🇳 - We visited Vietnam in December and all our tours in Hanoi and DaNang were organised by VN Bike Tour at very reasonable rates.
Helen from the team was available all the time for support on WhatsApp and organised tours exactly the way we wanted- like private tour that drops us at airport, vegan meals on all our trips, small group tours (to avoid crowd in big tours). She also adjusted tours as per our budget, and suggested good alternate options.
Even though it was busy period and our requests for trips were made last minute, Helen ensured that we get best tour guides and comfortable rides to our destinations.
While we were in Ho Chi Minh for a layover, we checked with her for suggestions and even though we were going for any tours, Helen guided us with spa options in the city.
We were amazed by all the arrangements and we highly recommend them for booking trips in Vietnam

Amazing Trip ! - I had an amazing trip from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay with my friend, thanks to our wonderful tour guide, Emma. She was so friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Emma explained everything clearly, from the history of Hanoi to the beauty of Ha Long Bay, and her stories made the trip even more special.
Everything was well-organized, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Emma made sure we were comfortable and even handled small issues calmly. She showed us the best spots, helped us take great photos, and shared so much about the culture and nature of the area.
Emma is a fantastic guide, and I highly recommend her to anyone visiting Vietnam. She made our trip unforgettable!
