• Jebel Akhdar - From Nizwa, we drive up to Jebel Akhdar, known as the “Green Mountain” and considered one of the most picturesque areas in Oman. It is part of the Hajar Mountain Range and is named for its green terraced gardens surrounding the villages. We proceed to the Saiq Plateau, a place historically accessible only by donkey for hundreds of years. Here, a variety of fruits such as pomegranates, apricots, apples, olives, grapes, roses, peaches, and walnuts are grown. There are also interesting walks in Wadi Bani Habib, Shrejah, Al Ain, and Al Aqur.
