Good - Our trip didn't get off to a great start - we went to the meeting point where a few people were waiting. We checked the information on the app regarding the meeting point and we were at the right place. We tried calling the given number but couldn't get through. We then had a phone call from the tour operator asking where we were. The meeting point had bee changed but we didn't get the email and more importantly the info on the app had not been updated. Once we walked back and found the tour bus the trip was all we had hoped for. Beautiful scenery and plenty of photo opportunities.

Spectacular scenery - Wonderful tour guide, Thomas guided us thru the incredible 3.5 bus ride on narrow roads( for buses) to view magnificent scenery at every hairpin (70) turn. 👍👏👏

Geiranger coach excursion booked with TripAdvisor - The driver and assistant were courteous and helpful. They made sure the audio sets were available to and could be used by everyone. The commentary was well timed, clear and meaningful. We were given sufficient time to take pictures and use facilities at the chosen spots. The views from each location were stunning. We very much enjoyed the experience and it was money well spent.

Great Customer Service and Comfy Coach! - Very comfortable coach: more a coach-van than a bus. Tour operator (separate individual from driver) was very nice and helpful with selecting the right language for us in the audio set. He also waited for straddlers who wandered off during each stop (there were two stops). Driver was on time in returning to stop and courteous with other drivers who share these windy roads. The vantage points were great but weather was still cold and the ice hasn’t really melted. The gushing water falls of the Seven Sisters have not started their dance yet. Just ice on the gorged pathways.

Better Than Walking to Get the Views - What you get is needed transportation up the winding and twisting elevation-gaining roads to the two prime scenic viewpoints (Eagle Road and Flydalsjuvet) as well as a tour guide narrative along the way ... Saves time and a huge amount of energy in an efficient way ... a must for seniors to see the sites ... 1.5 hours with 2 stops of maybe 15 minutes each at each crowded crazy viewpoint ...

Awesome views - Spectacular views. Comfortable bus. The audio tour was pretty brief, but covered the basics. This could be improved. A warning to those who don’t like crowds - We were on a cruise and a 2nd ship came in, it was packed!

Scary bus ride on narrow, sharp roads - This was a very nerve wracking bus ride with many hairpin turns on two narrow steep roads. It seemed like the bus was way too big to maneuver on these roads. At one point the driver had trouble making the turn and the bus stalled and starting sliding backwards. It was pretty scary. There was no guide on the bus but rather we were given headphones to listen to some narration. One we were at the top, the view was very nice but not sure if it was worth it.

Beautiful but expensive - Beautiful scenery overlooking the Geiranger Fjord. Headset commentary didn't work properly. The Agent jumped on the bus at the turnaround and provided a great commentary. The driver had excellent driving skill for the winding road. Expensive for the experience.

The bus was an hour and a... - The bus was an hour and a half late, which caused us to miss the optimal viewing of the fjord. The 15 minutes stop is short. The voice of the English narration is too low, we can hardly hear it. We are dissatisfied with the excursion.
