Family of foodies touring Oslo - Alex was a wonderful tour guide - he took us to parts of Oslo we would never have seen otherwise. Loved sampling salmon, waffle and brown cheese and Norwegian beer and cider.

Worth doing - Good guide, useful introduction to the city; a lot of waiting around in the heat for orders which could have been avoided with a bit of advance planning but this gave us a chance to chat with others in the group so overall it was an enjoyable experience which I’d recommend.

Eating and Strolling in Secret Places in Oslo - Not only was the food good but we saw parts of the city we would not have seen seemed out. It was at just the right pace. There was more food than you could eat.

Definitely worth it for any foodie - Absolutely fantastic while it was raining out the tour guide did an exceptional job and the tour ended up being a total of 4 people including our guide which fostered a really nice and quant experience. Not only would I recommend this to anyone wanting to taste true Norwegian cuisine. I’d happily do it again.

Great Food tour - I always like to do a walking tour the day I arrive in Europe from the US to keep me awake, get some fresh air and sunlight to help with jet lag, and to get a feel for a new city. Loved this food tour. It went to a part of the city that I probably would not have gone to on my 3 days in Oslo and set us up to do a Rick Steve's walk when it was over. Surprisingly our guide , Kevin, was from Chile, but I learned that so many in the tourist industry are not Norwegian. The food was substantial, including Norwegian fast food, seafood, charcuterie and beer/cider and really set us up for the rest of our time in Norway. Kevin was a great guide. Highly recommend.

Lovely waffles - A pleasant trip around Oslo I enjoyed this trip as the food was good and that is kind of what you expect from a good tasting tour. Would recommend if you want to get to know Norwegian cuisine a little more. Perhaps not so recommended if what you are after is a traditional tour guide telling you every fact. Our guide was really lovely, but had a habit of talking very gently and not necessarily to the whole group, but only those closest to him. My favourite bit was the brown cheese and waffles. Who knew that sour cream and jam go so well with these! Have a look at the pictures here, not the photo for trip advisor. You are going to be eating them from a paper plate whilst standing! Prepare yourself for walking! I love walking and think this is a good way to see some of the less-touristy parts of Oslo. I especially liked being down by the river and with the ducks and through the arts district. Even though the trip advisor page says it's wheelchair appropriate, some of the terrains we walked in were definitely not, so contact the company in advance if you have mobility limiters. I would imagine that they could adjust the route with ease. Lastly, a bit thank you to everyone at this company - we didn't really have to queue for most of the food/drinks and all of your group enjoyed the experience. The free stickers now adorn my suitcase 🙂

Oslo food tour - We had a wonderful few hours touring and eating around Oslo with our guide Alex. It was just my husband and I so we had his full attention. We ate fish, shrimp , dessert waffles, cheese and meat , a hot dog and beer - all local . As we strolled through the streets we were told stories of old customs , some history and some facts about modern day Norway. Alex was personable and very knowledgeable. Altogether we spent 3 hours and really enjoyed the tour.

It was ok . - It was great to see different parts of Oslo . As for the food - not worth $150.00 . Understand the history behind the hotdogs but wouldn’t include them with the price . Waffles were the best & seeing the waterfalls .
