Good and comprehensive walking tour of Bergen - Very good introduction to Bergen. The group was very large at the beginning with quite a few people joining without reservation and then dropping out after a few stops, which was a bit annoying (and seems to be a general problem with services that are free and non-binding nowadays...). But tour guide Fernando did a very good job to keep us all together. He offered a very pleasant and convincing blend of historical background, culture, stories about Bergen's every day life and some funny facts as well. If this is your first visit to Bergen, that's an ideal way to start.

Good introduction to Bergen - Comprehensive introductory tour to Bergen. Fernando was very knowledgeable and offered a good balance between history and fun facts. Group was quite large so staying together was a little challenging in crowded areas. A microphone would have helped.

Small idea of the city - Enjoyable tour where the Guide, Selene, explains some aspects of the past of the city of Bergen. Maybe I missed some other must-see places and lost time in others.

No tour, no guide! - The guide did not come. The walking tour was canceled with a very short notice. We were informed only 10 minutes before the supposed starting time of the tour. Not professional. I truly hope that our money will be refunded soon.

No one showed. Tour cancelled at last minute. Big disappointment - The tour never happened. An email was sent from Tripadvisor saying it was canceled just minutes before it began. This was when all the participants were waiting to begin. Very irresponsible and disappointing
