If there’s uncertainty about which trip is suitable for the children, everyone can try the LITTLE PIGGIES section first and decide together before entering the ELVEPURKA part of the river. If parents, children, and the guide agree, the adventure can proceed further into the ELVEPURKA section.

The Jostedal river is ideal for rafting, with waves that grow larger as the journey progresses. If anyone feels uneasy, they can be taken out of the raft at any time – but there’s really no need for that!
