Nice ride to our hotel - Took a while to get a car for us, but once we were on our way, it was a nice ride to our hotel. Tight squeeze down a one-way alley, but he made it.

Excellent Service - Highly recommended. Very efficient and well organised. All the staff were great, from the airport receptionist to the driver who dropped us off at the hotel. The car was clean and the driver was friendly and attentive. Very enjoyable experience on this walk.

Great service - Excellent communication via WhatsApp prior to the meet up with clear instructions and photos to help us find the collection point. Vehicle was clean, comfortable and air conditioned. Driver was polite and helped with luggage. We would definitely use this service again next time we were in Bangkok

Quick business trip to Bangkok. - Perfect and worry free pick up from the airport. Easy to get from the airport terminal to meet with driver. Very nice car and excellent way to get to my hotel. I used the same service on my return to the airport and had the same terrific experience.

Fine ride - Booked a shuttle from Suvarnabhumi Airport to hotel in Bangkok city. Was told to head to Gate 3 at arrival hall level 2. Amidst the sea of people, the person holding the name signage was quite quickly located. We were asked to wait about 10 minutes while she contacted another person, who then led us up another 2 levels to the driveway. There, we had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the car to arrive.
The driver helped to load and unload the bags. The ride was smooth until we were near the city. Huge traffic congestions everywhere due to the festive season. However he skilfully manoeuvred his way through the complexity of traffic that only a local driver could accomplish. Overall, the ride was fine. The driver, though, was not communicative.
