Private shuttle to and from Aruba airport was the best! - First let me start by saying how worth it the private shuttle is, compared to having to visit every resort on the island before they get to yours. We were in a large group and if you're in Aruba, you want to enjoy every minute of it! El Tours had great service and quickly got us to our private shuttle and in 10 minutes we were already at our resort to kickoff our vacation. On the return, we wanted to be picked up later versus their proposed time as we weren't flying until afternoon and wanted to enjoy breakfast and some last minute souvenir shopping in the morning time. Yet again, another advantage of the private shuttle, where they weren't fixed times. We were able to have our driver pick us up an hour later which made all the difference and still made it to the airport with time to spare. Thank you El Tours and we'll definitely use you again on the next trip!

A Great Comfort to have our arrival and departure to Aruba so well handled - We were travelling with a group of 10 family members ranging from ages 2 1/2 to 70 and our Airbnb was in the north of the island so it was crucial to set up airport transportation that would be extremely smooth and effortless on both ends of our week. El Tours came through with flying colours. Not only did they let us know in advance exactly how to spot them at the crowded airport, but we had contact info as a back up as well. Our driver “Albert Einstein” (at least that’s how we were introduced) was punctual, extremely knowledgeable about the island and a lot of fun. We were thrilled when it turned out that he was the same driver for the return trip. The large van was spacious and quite comfortable which was great after several hours of travel. When we go back we’ll definitely use them again and also for tour transportation. Thanks El Tours.

Wonderful Experience - Professional driver and clean comfortable car. We were happy they were right on time in both transfer to and from the hotel. My daughter on the way to the airport got little sick and Albet the driver pulled over and gave us few minutes to comfort her. He even offered stopping at a pharmacy to pick up meds for her which was wonderful. Thanks guys

Mom!Grandmother beyond thrilled with the service - Booked this tour to pick up my children and grandchildren to bring them to Raddison Blu and prepaid so my family would not pay! They met the family at the airport! They were so happy with the experience! When they leave I am sure it will be awesome! We will be sad to see our family leave the island

good experience - We waited a little bit for our transportation from the airport, but our transportation to the airport was right on time. Both drivers were courteous, and EL tours was quick to respond via email when I had questions. Would use this service again.

Great Transfer - The staff for the airport transfer were very nice and on time! Our driver had a little difficulty finding our Airbnb but helped us the best he could with finding it. I would book again next time I visit Aruba!

Worst Experience Of All Time - This was the worse experience that I have ever had in traveling to over 150 companies… I booked and paid five months in advance… and they unilaterally cancelled when I showed up in the country because they do not service airbnb nor hostels… and they were completely rude and disrespectful about it… if you are looking for hassle free, look somewhere else… this company is horrible!!!!

Lack of "private" in a private transfer - When you book a private transfer it is just that PRIVATE. I should not have to wait for other private customers to arrive on the private list nor have to wait for my car to arrive. I should have been greeted and taken straight to my car and to my hotel. Instead that day I was greeted after I had to search for the greeter, waited for others to arrive so the greeter could greet them, then had to wait for the car to arrive to take us. We barely had room for our 4 large suitcases and 4 of us in the car. I watched several taxis in the 25 minutes leave with passengers when I could have easily been one of them and only paid $20 for the trip and arrived at my destination at least 40 minutes before I did. The only reason we were finally taken care of was I told the greeter he had 5 minutes to get my car to me or I would be taking a taxi and getting my money back for their lack of being "private." The only good thing about the experience was our driver. He was very courteous and eager to get us to our hotel. The return back to the airport was exactly what I expected. The pickup was on time at the hotel, very professional driver, and more than enough room needed for luggage and party of 4.
