Additional Information

The Noosa River system shines in its uniqueness by having its entire upper catchment under National Park protection. On your afternoon voyage, seize the chance to behold and capture images of the remarkable mirror-like waterways and the distinctive ecosystem.

Australia’s Everglades are situated at the northern tip of the Noosa River system, nestled in the sand dunes of the Cooloola National Park. An unspoiled, untouched natural haven awaits your discovery….

This region is a host to over 44% of Australia’s bird species. Pure, unadulterated fresh water springs from the Cooloola Sandmass and permeates through the tea tree rich environment into this distinctive river system - leading to the creation of the most amazing mirror-like reflections you will ever witness.

Savor a complimentary glass of “Beer OR Bubbles” while you coast on the reflective channels of Australia’s Everglades. Observe the striking transformations of colour as the sunset paints the horizon over this marvellous unspoiled area before heading back to Habitat Noosa Everglades Eco Camp.

A special experience - The tour is very well organized with a reliable pick-up service. The Everglades boat tour shows an aspect of Australia that you wouldn't otherwise get to see. The boatman is also the guide and explains nature and all aspects of this natural paradise excellently. He and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The drinks on the boat were nice asset. I can only recommend the Everglades Eco Safari Tour.

Harrys BBF - We had an excellent trip with Harry our skipper, it was a great blast especially once the beer came out. A very knowledgeable host and I hope we made his day a little more fun. His bond with Cynthia was a special one and I’m sure they will keep in touch once she has stalked him on facebook (watch out Harry 🤣🤣). Thanks again , the crazy English people.

Great Scenery & Value - As the name implies a serene trip tracking the tranquil Noosa river. The guide (whose golden jubilee in the Tour guiding business is next year) was informative and amusing. This allied to beautiful scenery made for an excellent trip and great value for money.

Relaxing Serenity Cruise - We enjoyed the cruise, very relaxed, stunning scenery and excellent host/guide (sorry I forget your name but you had moved over from WA), we enjoyed locally brewed ale on the trip (water, juice and Prosecco also available) from the EcoSafari brewery. The whole experience was well organised and enjoyable. The views were stunning, we had been worried as went just after the North QLD cyclone but we were blessed with great weather. The 'river of mirrors' lived up to its name!

It was worth it. - I learned that the everglades in Noosa is one of only two in the world. The other one being in Florida.

Pleasant afternoon but little wildlife - Avery pleasant afternoon cursing gently through the Everglades. Pleasant and knowledgeable guide. Comfortable individual seats. Shame there was not more wildlife to see

Very nice outing - As the name implies, this is a very serene cruise but you may get wet. We were picked up on time with a very convenient and comfortable coach for our journey to start the cruise. Once again, there's very little time for all the ladies to go to the loo before everyone is escorted to the small pier. Perhaps more time could be given for this. I thought we would be returned to our starting point at 5pm but that's actually the time the coach set off back to the resort. We really enjoyed the afternoon and the Prosecco was very good.

Great trip. Staff had good knowledge of the area - Great trip. Very interesting. Not much wildlife but that was not the organisers fault. The staff were very knowledgeable which really made the trip.

Not worth the price. - There was not much to see or do for the amount we paid as a couple which was A$168. We only had beer or bubbles on board. We had to take our shoes off to get to the jetty. It would have been good to let us know so we would have had a choice to were thongs instead of socks and shoes. We saw wallaby’s when we got off the boat at habitat Noosa. That was more fun.
