From the meeting point, participants will enjoy a brief five-minute stroll to a tranquil lake. Disconnect, unwind, and immerse in the stunning Norwegian scenery with this comprehensive yoga and hiking adventure. The hiking group will be small to ensure a personalized and genuine experience. The yoga session is private and limited to two participants, while the hike may include a few more individuals.
Yoga (7:30 - 9:00)
The day begins with a 75-minute Vinyasa yoga session on a dock by the lake. No prior yoga experience is necessary—this session is tailored to accommodate all levels, with modifications and options available throughout. This invigorating flow will awaken the senses and prepare participants for the day ahead.
Hike (9:00 - 11:30)
Following yoga, participants will embark on a 2.5-hour guided hike through stunning landscapes. They will walk along peaceful trails, have the option to take a refreshing dip in the lake, and enjoy Norwegian snacks accompanied by a hot drink.
