This experience made my vacation! - Such an amazing experience. It was my first time doing it and they taught me everything very well. They were patient and accommodating and kind. They show you that they care about your safety. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone.

Great experience, tons of fun - We were in Miami for a bit and this company had some of the best Google reviews we could find, so we chose them over the competition. Upon arrival they gave us a call and we met them by the marina — the representative airdropped us a waiver form and we filled it out on our phones. The waiver required a photo of our ID, but you were able to upload it from your camera roll, so you didn’t actually need it on hand. The waiver website was EXTREMELY laggy, so it took some time to fill, but after that we were all set. Expect to sign away any sort of rights to sue if you encounter any loss or harm. Then we were ushered to a small boat which took us to another small boat that was acting as a platform in the bay. We switched boats and were given life vests and a container to leave our belongings in. They showed us onto our jet skis and showed us where we were permitted to ride — and that was it. An hour of speeding through the bay. The water was pretty calm, fairly clean and didn’t smell off. The jet ski itself was well-balanced, fast, and in good condition. After our time was up, they called us back to the platform boat and we transferred into the other one to take us back to the marina. They gave us some cold water and we were on our way. Very friendly staff and absolutely zero complaints. The only thing I would improve is the waiver process — I think that should be texted or emailed before arrival, and ideally use a provider that has a smoother website.

Great trip! - Great ski trip! Wonderful guides, good for first timers as well as experienced professionals...good area to ski too

Fun experience! - guides were super nice and the jet skis were super beginner friendly. Just wish there were less jet skis at a time in the same place as it made it difficult to go at an enjoyable speed. Also they were charging 30 dollars per jet ski for iphone picture which was a bit crazy.

Good ride - The jet ski ride was so fun. Initially I was nervous but it was a BLAST! Riding as a passenger is much scarier than driving yourself. You are riding on the gulf side and taken out by boat so prepare to arrive on time

Broken Jetski’s - unsafe to drive - We were really looking forward to this but the quality of the Jetski’s ruined it. We opted for 2 Jetski’s and my partner’s was broken. It would not go past 20 kph whereas I was doing 60 on mine plus the seat was completely overheating and the engine did not sound well. He could barely get it moving. When I asked him to swap with me he wouldn’t because he was worried the Jetski was unsafe for anyone to use. Upon telling the Jetski guide about the issue, he completely disregarded it and told my partner “they’re rentals I can’t do anything”. At that point he should’ve given my partner his working Jetski as a paying customer, but he didn’t, he wanted him to ride out the 60 mins on a barely moving Jetski. My partner and I ended up sharing a Jetski 10 minutes before the ride was finished, and the staff that took us out to the bay didn’t care at all. Very disappointed as it ruined my time as well as I was worried about my partners situation. This company need to test their Jetski’s and have a better protocol when this type of issue arises. Not impressed at all.

Disappointing - broken and out dated jet skis - Shocked at the quality of the jet skis, spent $270 only to spend an hour trying to get the jet ski to go beyond 20km. Instructor was just as valuable, shrugging his shoulders when I said my engine is overheating and making unusual noise. Plenty of better, local options for rentals. Save your time and money
